Wrong item, charged me 30.00 for a cheap fu@&ing plastic rack when I ordered a metal dish rack!!! Buyer beware!!

My rating is negative 5. Wow what a scam. Shame on these thieves. Good luck getting any refund back because that’s a lie also. Pay Pal isn’t helping on anyone getting there Money back either. The return address isn't even a complete address. Also the one they sent me was broke in 2 spots & had a burn mark.

Yet another Chinese scam company that is not required to follow advertising rules. Do not give them money. They overcharge and mislead on products, amount and quality

TOOK TWO MONTHS TO RECEIVE. ITS WAS TOTALLY WRONG ITEM. THEY CLAIMED IT WAS THE SAME WHEN CLEARLY CLEARLY IT WASNT. OFFERED 5 DOLLAR REFUND, WOOT. LIKE THAT HELPs. ILl EVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. OFFERED REFUND THROUGH PAY PALL BUT IT COST MORE THAN THE ITEM TO RETURN

If I could give them zero stars I would. ordered my over the sink drain rack got the same plastic crapy shelves.. I will never order another thing from them I found my drain rack on wish and ordered it and had it within a week.

This company SUCKS I almost got my mailman in trouble because I thought he delivered my order the sink rack to someone else. All I got was plasic bins I could have got at the dollar store. This company need to be reported and shut down. The way I see it is they owe me for the rack and they shipping I am so mad.

I ordered the same stainless steel over the sink dish rack and received a cheap green plastic shelf. They also offered to refund me $5 then $10 (I said no), but luckily I paid with PayPal...they are taking care of it. On top of getting the completely wrong item, they wanted me to pay return shipping to China for their fifty cent shelf. Hopefully their PayPal account will be closed.

0 stars. I got the same plastic crap shelves instead of my over the sink drying racks. I had ordered 2. They offered 5 dollars refund, then 10. I agreed to 10 per unit ordered, but they wanted me to close my PayPal dispute before they paid. I forwarded a screenshot of the message to PayPal and PayPal escalated my dispute immediately and has sent 20 back to my bank account. I got 6 crap plastic shelves but got half my money back.

SAVE YOURSELF ANY HEADACHES AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

I too ordered the over the sink storage and have yet to receive anything.

I tried contacting them and all my emails get returned as undeliverable. The few that I have been able to send out still have no reply from them and their email keeps changing on their site to contact them as well.

Thankfully I used PayPal and I have started the process of dispute, but according to the gentleman I talked too it will be about 60 days before anything can be done.

I wish I could give fewer stars. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! They sent me items that didn't even REMOTELY resemble what I ordered, 1 of the 2 was broken, and it took 6 weeks to receive. They offered to refund a tiny fraction of the amount I paid then stopped responding to my emails when I demanded they offer a full refund.

It sucks I can't leave a negative review because one star is too much for these unprofessional swindlers! I got swindled as well. I ordered the over the sink dish rack as well, waited 2 & a half months for a couple of plastic bins worth about 50 cents!! I am fuming. Thank God I paid by paypal and am able to open a dispute!!!!! I have been in contact with PayPal for the last week now and the Yahoo's who run this website what is the very last day of the claim to respond so now I have to wait for pay-pal's response. This site should be shut down!

I needed to choose a star to write a review. or I would have chosen negative 10!! Yup, they swindled me as well. I paid by credit card and am opening a dispute tomorrow morning!!! Why has our consumer protection bureau not closed this site down?? How many more consumers must be defrauded??

They had the nerve to tell me when I started a dispute that the item is as ordered I will never order anything anymore unless I check with the better business bureau trustpilot.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!! I'm pretty sure all of the 1-star reviews would be 0 stars if possible. The product you think you're purchasing looks good, but what you receive is broken plastic instead. I'm not going to attempt to get any money back because it will cost me more in frustration that it's worth. Chalk it up to lessons learned, & never trust ACELOTE again!

I ordered an over the sink stainless steel dish rack and waited almost 8 weeks for it to arrive. My payment was sent through PayPal so when I received the item that was sent to me I was shocked it was a three piece plastic stacking tray. I immediately contacted the company who informed me that it is the correct item. I responded back with pictures of what they sent versus pictures of what I ordered only for them to say were sorry that they give me a partial credit. However in order to get a full refund I would have to send it back, but they even admitted that sending it back with cost me more money than I spent and it’s better to just take this $10 credit and be done with it. Unfortunately no credit was ever given and I had to open a resolution with PayPal. Only for PayPal to close the resolution because I was unable to provide a tracking number as proof I sent it back. The problem is the address they provided for me was in Chinese, however when I had a translated it was an impartial address that was not shippable by United States Postal Service so I’m still trying to explain that to PayPal to no avail and have not received any credit. In addition the three stacking plastic tray they sent me was broken in many pieces when I received it so I don’t even have any product that is usable.

I ordered 2 stainless steel dish racks and they sent plastic flimsy crap. Here’s how they get you tho.... they agreed to give me a refund but they said unless I close the dispute with PayPal they can’t issue the refund. IF YOU CLOSE THE DISPUTE WITH PAYPAL IT CAN’T BE REOPENED!!! Luckily I hadn’t already opened a dispute with a PayPal so if they don’t refund it next week, I will! Don’t buy from these scammers!!!!

They scammed me too and took my $27.99 for 3 plastic pieces of crap! DO NOT BUY from this company.

I've been tracking my order for over a month. It's still in China with no sign that I will be receiving it. Please, do not purchase from this company.
Update: I finally received my order. I ordered an over the sink dish drainer. You sent me a little pink stacker. Not happy at all!
