Acelote 

I got the same scam as others. Ordered an above the sink drain rack. After 2 months of no product I emailed to complain. After 2 weeks recieved a small plastic drain rack worth less than a dollar. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Also they use the name Sunshine Living Hall.

This company is a scam. Do not order from them. If you already did, like me, and paid with PayPal, you can make a claim to try and get your money back. If not, you should be able to dispute the charge through your credit card company.
*Update
I won my claim with PayPal without having to send back the ridiculous items they sent in place of what I actually ordered. I would imagine Paypal won't be partnering with this "company" much longer as it is a total scam.

Well, I ordered 4 of these supposedly cute dish racks, even saw the video. Today, I received 4 little piece of junky plastic baskets that are worth $0.99 ea. What am I gonna do? Not much. I sent them an email and received an automated response saying they will return Feb 2020 and “ all of the staff will be spending our holiday and enjoy the festival with our family”. From reading all the reviews, looks like I am down $62.

SCAMMERS! I would have not even gave them one star ! But, I had to to write this review. I see I'm not the only one who got taken for their money ! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Report them.

SCAMMERS!!! They send you dollar store junk. Then when you file a claim with PayPal they send you a return address in Chinese so you have no way to return their junk. I can't believe Paypal even does business with them. Apparently Paypal isn't what it used to be.
Run as fast as you can.

Wow I see I'm not the only one that got scammed. I got 3 plastic pieces as well and broke even took 2 months to get it. And I can't get a refund either without sending it back. And in order to get a refund it needs to be sent back by the 25th to Chinz really. I really wish I knew about this before I ordered it.

I was ripped off too and got my stupid little plastic shelf, PayPal investigated and denied my claim now I don’t know if I want to trust PayPal. Stupid scammers just think how much money they made from all of us.

Scam all day long. Order and pay additional $12 for shipping.. to receive a plastic £1 tier of something totally pointless and useless. Robbing scum!!

These scammers grabbed a photo from either Walmart, or Amazon...the unit pictured is sold from $65-90. Rat scammers.

I didn’t review this before, i saw their add on Facebook site and it showed stainless steel dish drainer. Today after waiting for a long time finally got my order and guess what? It was a plastic one and it didn’t worth for more than $8 Canadian dollars. So it’s a fraud company. I never give any negative review before. This is my first time.

I wish I had found these reviews before doing business with this company! I too ordered a "Multi-Function Dish Drying Rack Over Sink Display Stand Stainless Steel Kitchen Storage Shelf Holder." I too received three flimsy plastic trays. Bonus? They arrived broken.

I assumed, erroneously, that this was a small part of the package and that the rest of the rack would arrive later. Since the seller was in China, I allowed some extra time. When nothing else arrive, I started working to resolve this with the seller via PayPal's Resolution Center, where they're listed as "Sunshine Living Hall"

I have been going back and forth with the seller for 9 days, and their offer is that either I take a partial refund of $10, or ship the plastic trays back to China at my expense, and then they decide what they want to do. This is unacceptable, and I can’t get the merchant to budge.

A simple Google search of “acelote” yields multiple reports of other consumers experiencing a similar “bait and switch” from this seller, and an identical problem to mine - ordered a stainless steel dish rack, received flimsy plastic trays. So it appears this is something they do routinely. I will never agin do business with an unknown seller without checking up on them.

I strongly suggest that this merchant, “Sunshine Living Hall,” aka “Acelote,” be investigated for fraud, as this is obviously a pattern for them.

UPDATE - is it now Feb. 13 2020, and PayPal just emailed me ruling in favor of the merchant - !!!!! - telling me I must ship the trays back to China at my own expense in order to eventually - maybe - get a "refund." I then messaged PayPal Customer Service, and they decided to give me a full refund. So score one for PayPal, and shame on Acelote, aka "Sunshine Living Hall," for defrauding consumers.

Ordered a dish rack for my bestie for Christmas. Was over a month late and when it showed up was not what was shown.
Total bait and switch. Horrible company.

Wish I could give -10 stars!! Total fraud!! Ordered an over the STEEL over the sink dish rack and received plastic bins worth 50 cents. They said "Item is same as ordered" I sent them PHOTOS. I don't expect any acceptable response. Will dispute. Total Scam.

I also got scammed. Same story. Paid for stainless steel drying rack. Received cheap plastic shelves. Company has started ignoring my emails, as I turned down they're offer of a ten dollar refund. So disappointed.

I received my "Metal Dish Rack" today and it was 3 small plastic racks cheap. I'm calling my card to dispute this item and return me my money. I emailed the company and told them I didn't order this and they replied telling me yes I did. I told them I would be writing a review on the company they are Fraud

I was also scammed. I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Paid $30 for a dish rack, got a cheap $3 plastic thing that looked like it came from Dollar Tree. I filed a claim with Paypal and this Sunshine Living Hall company would only give me a refund if I paid to ship their cheap crap all the way back to China! So I'd have to pay MORE money just to hope to maybe get my initial investment back. Most likely so they could send that same piece of crap to some other unsuspecting person.

Scammed me as well. Ordered a over the dish strainer and received 3 plastic things with plastic legs. Desputing with my credit card company.

Yes i was also charged 23.$ for a chincy little worthless plastic rack. I orderd an over the sink model that appeared quite useful. What a hassel it has been indeed

This is a fraudulent company and considering its track record of mis-selling, it should be reported to the police. I am one of many victims of this company
