The guide Jo is simply wonderful in every way. The hotel selection was excellent. I know that Alyssa Klein had a major role in selection of places to visit and this made it very successful as well.

Our tour guide was great and the locations were amazing!

Wouldn’t let us choose our food and didn’t tell us before one chaperone for a 30+ group of people and that chaperone refused to help with anything would not recommend and would never go on this trip again. also I was nearly left on a bus after falling asleep and they didn’t do a headcount the bus started driving away good thing someone noticed who wasn’t the tour guide by the way otherwise I would’ve been lost in the city I wasn’t familiar with. Piece of shit organization that scams you never ever go on it.

Zayneb was the most incredible guide we could have asked for! She is warm, knowledge, funny and caring. There is truly nobody like her.

Our tour guide Zayneb is always the BEST part of our trip. She is so knowledgable and inspires confidence in our students.
Other than Zayneb...our hotels weregreat! Awesome locations with lovely rooms and friendly staff. Working air conditioning also a HUGE plus. Our tours were great too!
Our meals were not great as they had traditional English/Irish food. (Not known for their cusine ) Our last dinner in London was not great. The restaurant was not suited to handle our group of 23. Te BEST night we had was our final night in Dublin at The Merry Ploughboy. Everyone had a great time and the musicians invited our students up on stage for pictures after the show.

Our guide Stefano was 5 stars without him the trip would have been lifeless. He gave us the trip of a lifetime

Our ACIS tour guide, Libby, was extraordinary! She was a wonderful hostess, full of both historical knowledge and personal stories to enhance our trip. She spoiled us so much that I never want to take another trip without her!In addition, the event specific tour guides were equally as knowledgeable. I gave five stars, but would like to also say that a little more downtime would have been appreciated. I think we average between 8 and 12 miles of walking a day, which was too much for the heat we were enduring in Europe during that particular time. In general, it would have been nice to experience some downtime that wasn’t so rushed. During the one to 1 1/2 hour downtime, We barely had time to navigate what food to eat, how to order it and taking in local sites and sounds.
Otherwise, bravo!

I absolutely loved our tour guides for the 2026 Triangle Youth Philharmonic tour! They explained so much of the town history and were super fun to be around. They were also very quick to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend this company, I had a wonderful experience!

The tour guides (mine -Barney- specifically) were absolutely amazing and apart from that I think we were well provided for overall.

Our guides were great, learned a lot about history, philosophy, the arts, what was worth seeing, etc. we could have traveled on a smaller bus, not complaining the driver was a master at maneuvering it. Love the thought that went into getting around, water
Taxi, evaporator, cabs, airport limo. Restaurant choices after the first were great also!

Our guide was very good! Very knowledgeable and caring.

Saw amazing churches,fountain and ruins.

The tour manager was excellent. He was responsive to the needs of each and every person in the group! He was extremely knowledgeable and provided continuity with the information provided by the local guides.

Our venue in Chester at the cathedral was poorly advertised and coordinated. There were NO posters advertising our concert and zero communication with the church staff inside the cathedral aside from the volunteer coordinator who greeted us. She had us relocate changing sites several times- The sextan (custodian) REFUSED to provide chairs (stacked in the church for another concert later in the day and at the other end of the cathedral) He said “you are not providing a concert but singing a few songs”. A few of our audience guests helped themselves to the chairs- what miserable hospitality. Many of them sat on the floor. The sextan a went so far as to demand those patrons who had helped themselves to chairs to get out of the chairs they had secured and sit on the floor of the cathedral. No one got out the chairs after being berated by the sextan and his assistant. We sang our hearts out. A magnificent venue and opportunity ruined by poor communication and unspeakably bad behavior by support sextans.

Our tour leaders and choral director tried their best to turn this situation into around. There was no separate changing area - we all had to dress together. Our music was wonderful but we the singers were very upset. Appalling. I’ve not seen anything like this while on a tour

Excellent service preparing for the trip, and their Tour Managers are with you every step of the way to make sure things go smoothly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The first venue was switched to an inferior venue. Second was as promised but rescheduled to an absurd time and not promoted or supported with seating for the few people who wandered in. The bus was beastly hot and the routes put on the bus for hours in rush hour traffic. Not even close to value for the cost. The guide was wonderful.

Our guide, Joe Sartorius, was fantastic. A really great person, so good with the kids and adults, very knowledgeable, and just wonderful to be around. Thank you for a great trip; we all had a great time.

It was a wonderfully thought-out trip. I loved the way I could pay my way, yet everything was planned and laid out for me.
