The friends i made from the other school were amazing friends i’ll have forever and memories i’ll have forever it was amazing experience. i got sm closer to the friends from my school aswell

My age is 80. The trip taking place during the horrible early summer heat wave was a work out that was impossible to anticipate. I would have appreciated some down time to recuperate. The hectic, full schedule is great fine for youngsters. If the group is more mature, have pity on us. Please.

The venues were lame, the idle time, and compared to other tours, we saw fewer attractions, zero museums, less cultural experiences. I do not feel I sufficiently experienced either Santiago not Buenos Aires—w group and not given any solo experiences — lots of wasted time. Touring staff was very nice and approachable and made aspects of the tour fun. Hotels decent, food overall lacking. Lots of boxed dinners. Favorite meal was gaucho day.

The trip was planned very well, with all the details taken care of. All you have to do is show up and the rest is taken care of. We loved it!

Our guides were really great people who I could tell cared deeply about us and our experiences.

My grandson toured Paris this summer with ACIS in the heat!! Only 15 and he traveled on his own with the group. He was safe and cared for. He had an exceptional experience. He loved everything about the tour. The sites visited, the tour guide, the food, the learning experiences. Bonus - he did not have time for any electronics, they kept him that busy.
Great way to expose your teen and your family to travel and experience the world.

Our trip to Ireland was super. First, working to make adjustments to the trip for an all adult, professional, small group with ACES was prompt, easy, and flexible. Secondly, our guide/driver, Niall Wright, was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, fun, and full of surprises. He showed us the authentic Ireland through back roads, the Irish people, the food, the history, and the culture. We would all love to return to Ireland.

Servane (tour manager) and Angelo (bus driver) were both absolutely amazing!
Servane has such a wonderful attitude and passion for France! She made the whole trip with her fun spirit and knowledge of all the cities/places we visited.
Angelo was also very friendly and interacted with everyone. We had a great time chatting with him about his travels and life.
Hotels were all wonderful, no problems at all.
Locations visited were beautiful and so full of amazing history.

ACIS came through again. Excellent tour guide, quality hotels, delicious meals. Our students experienced a range of activities; many especially loved the dinner hosted in a local Parisian home. In a group reflection, many students said that they could see themselves returning to explore more and to study abroad!

We had a wonderful experience with our tour guide Eduardo. He’s was filled with knowledge and charisma. If I had negative things that need improvement I would impress upon leaders of school groups that being on time to bus is very important. Our faith lutheran group was paired up with a group from Texas that was NOT timely and as a result we had to change our itinerary multiple times to accommodate their tardiness. Also they brought and elderly grandma that had disabilities and needed assistance with a cane and required multiple last minute accommodations thru out our trip. These two concerns upset all of us as we honored timeframes and didn’t appreciate the rate limiting step of an elderly lady that could t keep up with tours scheduled. This falls on the leaders of their group. They should have known better. I think it’s important to remember these trips aren’t vacations as much as they are student driven experiences. So individual desires like getting tattoos or leaving group early to go back to hotel on any given day takes away from general group experience. And makes more work for our tour leader.! I doubt Faith will ever agree to being tethered to another school without clear vetting. Parents that attend should be reminded it’s not just a vacation for them. They are part of group .

Airline should have been a direct flight. This took a lot of time away from travel. The leader CM was not involved in needs of most travelers. Samantha the guide was left to do things do not believe were up to her. Itinerary vague and no details till last minute for days activities would be great to at least had a schedule with meeting places listed. It could always be adjusted but not knowing was very stressful trying to remember exact place and time to meet. The individual guides where great.

This was my first experience out of the country. Everything was well planned and went pretty smooth. Samantha was a very good tour guide.

I’ve been home for a week and I’m still glowing from our trip to Spain. I was very pleased with the organization and advertising for each venue. We had a full house every night! I was most impressed with our guide, Phil. He was knowledgeable, organized, personable, and so much fun! He’s top notch and I will miss his wacky tales. I will be telling stories about this trip for years to come!

I love the tour guide, she was amazing! Overall the trip was very good with time management, but every stop felt a bit short and running of time to explore more, and the food that's being provided was kind of similar, wish we had more choice. But I still had an amazing expreince, seeing all the culture.

Great Guide, great driver, good audiences, well run and smooth operation all together!
