Very hard to get in contact with and then the solicitor I did speak to was outright rude and uncaring

I think my point on their rudeness is being proven as they are now trying to prove that my review is not genuine but I spoke with one of their solicitors in July because flac advised me to get my own solicitor to deal with a legal issue that is being forced upon me.

Absolutely terrible service, very unprofessional, I had to deal with three different people for the purchase of a property, one secretary saying they don't have the sales memo and the solicitor saying she has it two days ago, its not standard within the legal professional to have to deal with three different people casing all sorts of issues and confusion as happened. I told them to chase the contracts and they wouldn't, they do nothing, just lame excuses. I also found the secretary and solicitor rude and difficult to deal with during a phone call and they are lairs. They ignore your written complaints... avoid them
