My first order came promptly but the…
My first order came promptly but the box was torn and squashed but the plants inside weren't damaged. My second order was double the size and came once again promptly. It was securely packed and even though I was only able to unpack them the following day, they were in perfect condition. The delivery service was friendly and helpful. Delighted and will always use them in the future

Fantastic plants
There was a problem with the delivery of my plants - the courier lost them! I emailed Acqua Garden about the issue and they replied very quickly and resolved the issue. They sent me a second batch of plants via different courier and they arrived in very good condition. Some of the plugs were a little smaller and not doing so well, but they sent me extra plants of the other (more expensive) variety to make up for this. Overall, I would highly recommend Aqua Garden and will use them again!!!
