The christmas cacti I received exceeded all expectations, it was quite simply stunning. Absolutely choc a block with beautiful flowers and buds. Absolutely delighted.

Excellent customer service. My order was a little delayed, without prompting, Acqua Garden sent a complimentary tray of plants as an apology. When my order arrived the plants were of great quality and well packaged. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered Bella winter spinach plants but received renegade which is a spring planting spinach. I have planted it but not sure it’ll do any good. On the plus side the plants were securely wrapped for postage, are healthy and arrived promptly.

Item came in the post relatively quickly. Plants in the packet were broken and half dead. Most looked too small to be planted out yet but we did anyway as they were here and company said they were ok to go.
All were planted same day they arrived and all died within a week. What a waste of time and money. Won't be ordering again.

you made a mistake as using Royal Mail to deliver my order was disastrous as the parcel promised by email by them didn't arrive until 7.45pm sopping wet with damage to plants. As a result I won't be using you again as I won't accept such a terrible delivery service in future !! Sorry for you as it's not directly your fault but !!!!

I wanted a pack of plants with a good selection and veriaty and this was the best selection for the price compared to a lot of other suppliers also I got a discount and free delivery which was hard to find with other suppliers. The plants arrived on time and well packaged,most of the plants were well established with only a thew that were smaller than I expected. Very good.

Order took 10 days to arrive plants looked ok but 3 of my brocoli plants died within 2 days of planting but over

When my first delivery arrived all out of their cells in a jumble of earth n plants in a smashed box, they immediately offered to replace. The consequent box was not battered and well marked 'This way up', however the tray of plants was upside down in the box??. Maybe the packing dept was too busy????

Fantastic service! One set of my plants were delayed so they sent a free gift to apologise for the delay which was appreciated. When I emailed to ask for a date of when I might expect them, I received a prompt courteous reply very quickly, this was my first time ordering and will definitely order again.
