Very fast delivery and good quality plants, very well packaged

The plant arrived on time, the packaging was slightly damaged but the plant survived.

The actual plants look healthy with good growth and colour .
But the condition of the packaging was very poor . The box was falling apart and a lot of soil had come loose in the box . It looked as though something heavy had been put on top of the box .Sorry but you really need to look carefully at your method of transport .

Order very speedily delivered. As always plants strong and healthy and growing well. Delighted with firm.

I ordered plug plants of French tarragon, but what I received was Russian tarragon of no culinary value.
I complained to the company, and they rectified the problem, immediately and cordially, by sending me some more mature plants of the correct tarragon. This was gracefully handled, but the question remains as to how they could get worthless Russian tarragon into their supply lines to begin with. Perhaps they have a problem their own suppliers.

My order of petit pois arrived on Thursday June 5 inside a plastic bag with a note from Royal Mail apologising for the state of the plants. All of them had been shaken out of their individual little pots and the soil was scattered everywhere. I went ahead and planted them after carefully separating the roots. Tomato plants very small and damaged, hope they survive.

The plants have all arrived in good condition good quality and healthy excellent service throughout

The seedlings arrived promptly, they were healthy and are now growing very well in the ground

My plants arrived in pots that were well wrapped to stop the soil escaping but the plants were weak and spindly and drooped as soon as I unwrapped them.
One of the cucumber plants had a broken stem.
Not very happy with them. I’ve potted them on hoping that they recover but I wouldn’t buy anything else from this company.
Also the plants were not labelled and there were no details re plant care.

nearly 2 weeks later and no sign of plants promised to be with me 1-3 business days. Told again they had been dispatched a second time same day and royal mail shows dispatcher hasn't sent them yet. Very poor

Acqua Garden plants arrived a couple of days late (which to be honest I hadn’t noticed 🤷🏻‍♀️) but they sent me three tomato plants as an apology
The main plants arrived yesterday and they are large and healthy looking
I will use them again !

Just received some Sweet Aperatif tomato plug plants.
Excellent specimens and very well packed. Arrived one day after ordering. Very impressed with this company.
