The plants were badly packed
The plants were not supplied in an appropriate manner. The plugs themselves are formed with a material wrap. Removing the wrap pulls away a lot of the roots. Separating the individual plants within the plugs led to further damage.
The plugs came in two different containers attached to each other. The plants in one container were all tossed around in the cardboard container they came in.
All plant plugs were very dry when they arrived.
With all the above. The carrots now planted even after some time in the soil still look unhappy but most will probably survive. The chard is looking poor and I think most wont survive. The onions will probably all survive.

Its the first time I use this company…
Its the first time I use this company the reason I was after a sedum plant and they were the cheapest for selling this plant .and I am please I did the plans were in great condition when they arrived

Would not use again
Items were ordered, paid the extra for next day delivery. Received email saying items had been dispatched on the Monday but no sign of them Wednesday. Emailed to ask for an update twice but got no response. Then I received another message Thursday to say item had been dispatched which contradicts Mondays email. Eventually received plants on Friday. Do not bother paying the extra £8.75 for next day delivery is a waste of money. On a plus note, plants were well packaged and with the exception of one tray of plants arrived looking healthy and in tact. Probably will not buy from them again.

Hi Dianne, just to respond on this as it is unfairly negative: your order was placed on Saturday 22 June and was then processed, packed and shipped on Monday 24 June (first working day after the weekend). We shipped this by Express Next Day with Parcel Force, who collected the package at 2.30pm on Monday 24 June. I have checked all emails and notifications and you are incorrect - the notification from us on 24 June was entirely correct, confirming shipping by Parcel Force Express on 24 June. Unfortunately Parcel Force failed to deliver next day as we had paid for. Becca here liaised with you throughout. As she also said in her email to you, we cannot control the very rare failures by Parcel Force. However, you were also refunded the additional shipping cost in any event! And as you know, the email on 26 June was Becca explaining this, saying she had investigated with Parcel Force, that they were late and we had shipped on time but that she had refunded the express shipping cost. So, I have to correct your unfair review. We take customer experience extremely seriously. Our plants are always excellent, and packed very carefully in bespoke packaging. And we always ensure that any issues are quickly sorted out, as we did here, even where it is the fault of Parcel Force. Anyway, happy gardening to you in any event! Jonathan
