I’m very new to the company
I’m very new to the company, so this was my first ever order, There was a slight issue with my delivery (couriers issue) but Nat was incredibly quick, helpful and efficient in getting everything resolved.
I’m really happy with the level of service I received. I’m definitely looking forward to using them again in the future and placing more orders. Thank you, Nat for making the whole process stress-free!

1st experience with acre
1st experience with acre , i was given guidance over the phone to pair up with prescriber and had a call back . My order was straight forward and quick placing snd recieving order .

Always a 5 star experience. The best pharmacy I’ve worked with in 16 years. Easy to order, next day reliable delivery- any delays they message you. Always have stock. The customer service team are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

I would have given 5 stars but I keep getting too many emails saying I haven’t ordered recently for Merz. If I want to order I will do it I don’t need almost daily emails prompting me to.
