From start to finish it was flawless. Active8 done everything that needed to be done.

From first contact in April start to finish of the project every thing ran so smoothly. From the first contact with the girls in the office right through to finally fitting the panels was all first class along the way. I would have no hesitation in recommending Active 8 to anyone to provide them with solar.

The guys who did the technical work were very good. The lads who fitted the panels were very unprofessional as they had oil based suncream on their hands and got it all over the panels.

the sales rep Cormac, was up front told us everything no hidden charges told us there was about 12/16wk lead in time .and sure enough the fitters arrived and before we had time to draw our breath the system was up and running . i have yet to meet a more professional company . I would recommend Active 8 to anybody thinking of solar energy we have saved so much on our electric bills ,we are sorry we didnt go solar sooner.

I was looking forward to my installation, I found the company very professional and was confident I had signed up with the correct company so I was so disappointed with the actual installation.
They forgot to bring the DC cables so could not complete the job. The inverter etc is wall mounted and the ducting work was poorly sealed with excessive sealant visible as well as the ducts being off true to the wall.
Also you'd expect for them to come back and finish the job the next day but no I was told ten days due to availability.
An update to the above today, 24th July, a new crew arrived to finish the installation. They basically stripped out the previous electrical work and restarted. The new work has been carried out to a far higher standard. So it may appear that the problem was the previous crew. I still had to wait 10 days until the job was finished but I am far happier now.

In my opinion best in the business by far. Took less than 8 hrs to carry out work on two storey house. Wouldn’t know they were in the place. Three other suppliers fitted solar panels in our estate (27houses) all took more than one day.
Best of all I did not have to bend down to pick up the smallest piece of wire or off cut. Took all rubbish with them. Also staff at HQ couldn’t be more helpful.
