Great installers, but not great on follow up on missing AC Backup plug. Customer Service failed to follow up. I had to request plug from Solis (Ginlong), who were able to supply it

Review of Company Representative presentation to cleanup after completion of installationpresentation…
The whole team from first presentation with Company Representative to the installation team was efficient, very informative and efficient. A delight in this day and age where some services can lack clarity and that excellent level of efficiency.

Experience with Activate
Called out and described the process in detail. A date was set for installation and two crews arrived on the day. 10 panels on the roof by lunchtime and the final connections to unit in attic and fuse board and immersion were all completed by 3 pm. Everything cleaned up and left perfect. 100% recommend them.

The installers took almost 2 days to finish job. The weather was terrible at the time. However the installers continued with their work and were very professional and unobtrusive.
They also had difficulty getting into tight spaces such as the attic but carried out their work without a grumble.

A good experience
The entire process ran smoothly from start to installation. Communication was good from all involved and we were well informed about the system, the timetable and the cost.
The installation was painless and quick and the staff were pleasant and they tidied up after completion.
The system has run smoothly since installation and is generating as described. We had a small communications issue with our WiFi which Activ8 helped us resolve.
Overall, I’d happily recommend Activ8 to my friends and neighbours
