Great installers, but not great on follow up on missing AC Backup plug. Customer Service failed to follow up. I had to request plug from Solis (Ginlong), who were able to supply it

Dont believe anything they say its just not true . No panels ever discussed on north face roof. There are lots of good Solar companies just run a mile from these cowboys

Hi, thank you for your feedback. We have reviewed the appointment history and would like to clarify what happened.
The first appointment was scheduled for 4th August. On the day, you contacted one of our team to say you had forgotten about the appointment and that the time no longer suited, so we agreed to reschedule.
The second appointment was then arranged for 11th August. On that occasion, you contacted us again to request that the appointment be rescheduled. Our records therefore do not show that our representative failed to attend either appointment.
Regarding the four panels, this recommendation was based on the specifics of your property and, in particular, the available roof space being north-facing. Panel numbers are not the same for every property, as roof orientation, available space and suitability all need to be taken into consideration.
We’re always happy to explain our recommendations and discuss any concerns directly. We just want to ensure the circumstances are represented accurately.
Kind Regards,
The Activ8 Team

Hi Colette, thanks for the lovely review. We really appreciate it.
Getting our solar panels installed.
We found the whole experience very professional. From the first day we met the rep Sam, everything was explained to us in great detail, including the process for the application of the SEAI grant. On the day of the installation 3 solar panel fitters arrived at 8am as promised. A few minutes later 3 electricans arrived. The whole process was completed by lunchtime. All involved were very friendly and a pleasure to have in the house. We're very happy with the solar panels performance. We would highly recommend Activate 8 Solar Energies. Our thanks to all involved.

Hi there, thanks for the great feedback.
Complete package
From the first moment till installation everything went smooth.
Robert was a star at explaining everything about their system and benefits of going with Activ8, liaised with the company when we had a few issues after installation (not related to the company but actually one of the components that decided to stop working after a software update) and was on top of things to get us back up and running.
Installation went smoothly and team was in and out in a morning.
System has been working great after we got the inverter software updated sorted and no hiccups since then.
Can´t recommend Robert enough and all of the team that has been in contact with us as well
