Active Care Store Avis 

I placed an order with this company over 2 weeks ago and I have not received my order. I’ve had no dispatch information, I contacted the company and it took over a week for them to reply, only for them to say my order has been delivered. They have showed me no proof of delivery and who they’ve used to deliver it. I’ve now opened a dispute with PayPal regarding this.
BEWARE of this SCAM company.

Great price and delivery , however was posted in a thin jiffy envelope so the box to the cream was completely damaged didn’t look too good for a present

I ordered 3 foundations and only received 1 of them. Since acknowledging my initial email on Wednesday, I’ve heard nothing since, so having to chase.

Although the order (138483) was delivered quickly there was no seal on the skincare product. Having paid full price its prior usage is questionable.

Both the Active Care website form and email address shown on Trustpilot bounce back, which makes for poor customer service. How does one address possible used goods?

Item arrived really quickly and well packaged. It was out of stock in some others places so I was really impressed it arrived within 72hours of placing order. Would use this company again.

My product arrived but I spent £50 because a gift bag of goodies was promised with purchases over £50. No gift bag. I contacted customer service and they initially said they don’t know what I was talking about and then they said whoops we forgot.

I returned an item which was not needed due to the patient passing away. The item was unopened and active care store provided a returns label on request.
I sent a number of messages asking about my refund but no replies to any of them! Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY spend your money elsewhere, if you're wise!

I will give a minus if I could. I received a very oxidised and expense vitamin c. It even stained my pores. After a couple of uses i asked for a refund as i realised it was harmful. I have sent the product back and 3 weeks later , after many emails chasing my refund I only had one response asking for cellophane. I sent it in the box, obviously I did not know it was going to be so terrible. So now I have no product, no answer, no refund, no exchange. I am considering reporting this company, do not buy.

I bought a perfume for the first time and was surprised by the price and quality. I would definitely buy it again.

Order arrived promptly when promised and in good condition with no fuss, just as I’d hope.

Never received item ..emailed many times no response ..the online chat is pointless and the Facebook page is same ..they all point u back to email company...even though they don't respond to your emails

I should have read these reviews before ordering. Have waited 3 weeks, still not delivered. On line chat useless. No response to emails. One star is too much!!!
Since writing this I had a full refund. However it doesn't change my star rating - I am now asked to update my review over 4 months later !!! Communication was abyssmal.

Not used this company before but will use again. Very competitive price and arrived really quick.
