Great product
Product is great value for money really well made took a while to arrive but I did order just before a bank holiday so that probably didn't help

Good quality product, poor packaging
The peak is very nice quality and will do the job well. The criticism is in the packaging. It was in a grey plastic bag and had no protection from crushing so it arrived very buckled. I eventually steamed it into a better shape but took a while. Even if you had rolled it tight, it wd have travelled better.

It's a nice hat
It's a nice hat, but didn't realise i ordered one with the ponytail hole, I've shrt hair and get burnt on the back of my neck.
Unfortunately I should of looked into the delivery time as it missed my holiday.

Good quality sunhat, well made and looked like the one in the brochure photogragh.
Delivery was slightly slow, but I did order it over Easter, so maybe to be expected. Was able to track Delivery though.

It’s a scam. If you try to return goods they want you to send them to China at your own expense.
Nothing mentioned on the website about a returns address in China.
