James headhunted me and after we spoke it was evident that I was a perfect fit for a field James specialised in. He was more that supportive and positive all the way through. Even he’s boss Russ who got on board and both accommodated to me and my needs 100% to get me on to this course

NED Mentoring
I had a NED Mentoring session with Jeremy Canning. He's is so knowledgeable and helpful. He guided me to identify the best niches for me to focus on and helped me understand the pros and cons of some sectors that I was sitting on the fence.

Group Supervision Session
The session attended was a group supervision session. During this session, a new creative way of interaction with all participants was introduced. I found this approach great because it allowed me to listen to and reflect on the suggestions and approaches of others, as well as the challenges that coaches are facing. Everyone in the session had an opportunity to participate and provide thoughts, perspectives, and suggestions. It was very valuable.
