Anytime I have a question, someone is quick to respond and help me resolve it.

I am new to using a third party fulfillment company for my books. I do not want to affect the company's rating for my own ignorance, but I would have appreciated a little more hand holding and explanation of things. That being said, my rep, Sindhuja is excellent and easy to reach. And the company has continued to strive to improve their services and production processes and methods actively since I joined them in May of 2025.

They have excellent customer support, impeccable print quality, and consistently deliver orders on time. It's expensive because you have to print in bulk in advance. If it doesn't sell, you'll need to pay for storage, and the printing itself is higher-quality, so it costs more. But once you have a good volume of orders, you get better pricing.

I have aphasia. The staff accommodated my needs and were patient with me. The quality their work is top-notch.
