Very customer service oriented. I'm not a techie person and their tech people are so patient and make sure everything is set up and working smoothly. I was really unsure about adding this to my business (selling books on my own) and Acutrack really made it stress free. Highly recommend.

Very seamless process to get book fulfillment set-up. Some surprises surrounding final shipping costs and the right mailer to use, but it should be improved with the new TikTok shipping.

I like that when I have any issue team members are alway willing to address it by scheduling an appointment or even sooner then that when possible. I like that they coordinate different member to address the issue when needed and show me how the issue was addressed in real time via the web.
