They sent me an email asking me to write an above average review here in return for an extended warranty period. I wrote this review instead.

Great service. I received my adapter charger in the expected delivery time period. The adaptor to this day is working fine with no complaints.

Their advertising is false. The charger connect was not correct with what I purchased. Even if you make an account on their site they won't respond to your return attempts. Very unprofessional I must say.

Adapter worked for maybe three days and has died.

When ordering please remember it's coming from China on a slow boat and don't expect it quickly. Mine took about 3 weeks and looks a genuine charge and no sign of overheating. For people complaining that it comes from China and must be fake where do you think the laptops and accessories are made so it's natural that China should be its distribution country

Coming from China not UK, this is a scam website selling fake knock offs,you will not get the correct item that you order and you have no hope of a refund. Plus everything is FAKE. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Like many others, a completely different power supply provided to the one orederd and then zero response to any attempt to communicate with them

They sent the wrong power lead (a poor quality copy) and then totally ignore all emails, I thought it would be ok as used a credit card through paypal but no help from them either.

This site is a scam Chinese site! Do not use!!

They operate under another name- adapter.co.uk. I bought what I thought was a genuine original product. It is not and is not the one in the photograph on their website.

Items are shipping from China, customer service takes too long to respond, lastly they expect for you to pay for shipping when returning items, after hey were canceled; If I knew the power cord was shipping from China then I would have known to wait the 3 weeks it took to receive it., instead I had to buy the adapter from a different retail store and received the item in 2 days.

Do not order from this Adapterfamily or you'll lose money. I have sent numerous messages trying to return a product (they say we need to request a return merchandise authorization first) and they simply don't answer. It proves impossible to return a product. They don't provide any assistance. Unfortunately most people (inc me) rarely read reviews before buying. Never again. Hopefully their bad reputation spreads all over UK - it is a Chinese company making lots of profits and providing unacceptable services. Their webpage should be banned. Daniela, Lancashire

do not buy here, i didn´t get the ordered charger, and nobody helps you to find out where is the package. Also no Feedback of my request and emails.

Ordered on the 29th of September. Shopped around for a bit before buying and this site was the only one who had the original charger for my old Alienware. It’s was cheaper than most sites too. Ordered without checking for reviews and after I couple weeks, I was worried. Their site does not update their tracking so all I could see was “Payment received”. I would check every day looking for it to change so I would at least have the comfort of knowing it shipped. Before long I began checking my P.O. Box thinking to myself “maybe their site just isn’t the best and it’ll show up”. To my surprise, it arrived this week. October 18th to be exact. I almost opened the package right there in the post office but contained myself until I got home. I opened the box expecting to be upset. To receive the wrong charger or for something to be missing. But everything was right. I got exactly what I ordered and it works for my laptop perfectly. No power errors, the charger doesn’t overheat even though my battery is junk and it’s basically running constant. I’m giving this 5 stars because their only flaw is the tracking and I did finally receive the product I ordered in perfect working condition. Just remember it’s coming from another country so it’s gonna take a while. That was the one thing I kept telling myself throughout the wait period. And I apologize for the long read, just wanted you all to know that this is real and not some sponsor or bot writing a review. Some of the other 5 star reviews sounded fake so I wanted to take the time to make sure you could trust this review. Thanks.

Thought this was a UK company. Bought an ASUS laptop charger described “Genuine 65W Asus EXA1203YH” my exact model . It arrived with the wrong connector (too fat). First response was “Please give us your order ID. Sent the only ID I had – Royal Mail tracking ID. No response. Sent second email (from website as the email to me is “NoReply”) includes photo of theirs and mine. No reply. Requested RMA number for returns. Received a reply from sales "Dear client this is our address Hong Liu, Futianqu Nanyuanjiedao Yujinghuacheng 6Dong 9O, Shenzhen 518000, Guangdong, China please send it back. We will refund or send a replacement". Tracked postage to China not possible with Royal Mail – Courier cost £27. Charger cost £20. PayPal paid postage. Return recorded in PayPal. Heard nothing. Contacted again. Replied "Please give us tracking info" I sent receipt. and PayPal ref. No reply since then despite emails. So much for “Satisfaction is guaranteed on all the products purchased by consumers . We want you to be thrilled, so if you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it within the 30-days trial period for a full refund.”

I purchased a Dell adapter from this company not realizing it was coming from CHINA. I waited OVER 3 weeks for delivery and all that time my son wasn't able to use his computer for school. When it FINALLY arrived, they sent the WRONG part. Nowhere near the part number it was supposed be. Contacted them allowing them to resolve the problem amicably ... but NO ANSWER. Wish I would have seen these reviews before purchasing :(

Absolutely awful company. I paid a premium for a replacement adapter which was supposed to be a genuine part. It lasted for a couple of months. I complained and the response was to send it back to China. I refused as I am not going to pay for the postage to China. They then said they would sent a new replacement one. After weeks and weeks I am still waiting. They highlight they have a 30 day money back policy, guarantee for 1 year and good customer service. My opinion. Stay well clear.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. They do not reply. I am trying to return a product. It’s proving impossible.

I also thought they were based in the UK. I bought a laptop charger back in June and when it arrived almost 3 weeks later I discovered it was faulty.
I contacted them regarding their return policy and they informed me that they would refund me fully if I returned the charger to China as long as I paid the postage (E13) . After I complained that I shoulnt have to be out of pocket for postage they agreed to included it as part of the refund.
That was 3 months ago and despite several emails to them in the meantime they have not responded and of course no sign of my E60 refund.
Dont even think about ordering form these people !!

I thought this was a uk company, picture of london, uk email.
I purchased the wrong adaptor (more haste etc) and wanted to return it as i was supposed to be able to. I know this is my error and i am happy to pay the return postage, on the website it says we will give you one code to return etc the email i got back did not have anything like that, and the address i got sent was to china when its clearly posted in the uk, i also doubt is an original product,
definitely a company to steer clear of, I wouldn't mind but it wasn't even cheap!
