Very good service

Communication for the Vision Express plan is totally unclear and appears to be punitive to the customer. I exchanged my glasses and was advised in store that the difference in price would reduce the monthly payment but Adaro contacted me with a direct debit change notice that hadn't adjusted any of the terms. Upon querying, they advised they would be shortening the term rather than the monthly payment, despite the store advice. But the first email from Adaro upon taking out the plan states that if you pay off the loan early, you no longer retain any of the plan benefits. Lose-lose for the customer if you change your mind, unless you cancel completely. Do not recommend.

Staff were friendly and didn't rush the process. They were experienced and wanted to help.

I knew I needed glasses my eyesight had been deteriorating for a couple of years, I was somewhat apprehensive to say the least. The team did a great job with my eye tests very thorough. The sales and service were also superb and the payment plans offers excellent benefits.
