Brilliant staff the whole experience was fantastic will have no problem going back

It was all due to the Assistant called Laali, otherwise the appointment would have been very much as any other. I have been using this opticians at John lewis in Milton Keynes for several years, as does my son. Laali has helped me before and I have always managed to select the right frames for my style with her help. I have every confidence in her.

I was fully informed by the salesperson about all aspects of the loan, payments, accidental breakage or loss protection, plus any minor repairs or adjustments at no extra cost for my new spectacles.
