Pestering, not accessible forhearing loss
Telesales keep ringing when asked not to on multiple occasions. Asked not to due to hearing loss, I can't hear them and only wanted the brochure to compair products before buying. I feel pestered and with apparently no email to communicate with I have had to use a contact form - that makes you give consent for marketing before it will send. Not an accessible service for hearing problems. Needs an easier opt out. Won't be buying despite seeing a suitable product.

Bought A Belenheim large chair June…
Bought A Belenheim large chair June 2025. 21/04/2026 the leg lifter stuck at 90% and could not be lowed with in a year of receiving the chair. Product was sold with idea their products last a very long time in good working condition. Was horrified it failed within 1 year. As I sleep in the chair due to chronic knee Arthritis aged 68 years, I was horrified the best time in which they could come and fix my bed/chair is 3 to 4 weeks. A lot of money for a bog standard chair that breaks within year, better to have bough a cheaper chair. As to where I am going to sleep during the time they can get their act together, no idea. Neither do they care!!!!!!!!
