The gentlemen that came first to talk…
The gentlemen that came first to talk me thought with bed I need ,was very helpful and friendly. The two gentlemen that came to install the bed was great they equipped everything to me how the bed worked. I have one mina problem I do find that the mattress slips when I get in and out and when I'm making it . Not much but at the moment I can push it back but im bit worried that when I get older I my not be able to do that . Just an observation.

The guys wThe guys who the bed in were great
The guys who put the bed in was really nice , but the headboard was wrong , also the mattress are not good reason is because they keep moving about, when your in the bed , which isn’t good . So that’s why I am not happy.

The bed is amazing
The bed is amazing!
It's funny how your body becomes used to discomfort - so it took me a while to get accustomed to the full features. But now, after a few months, I snuggle into the mattress, and the bed supports me from top to toe. I love it!

Company keeps in touch to deal with any issues - (sometimes perhaps too many such contacts!)- but this errs on the side of positivity rather than being abandoned. Overall, the product has been most satisfactory over many years of use.

Delivery guys were great giving the difficulty of transporting the bed from vehicle to house.
Product works well and mattress is comfortable but, base covering makes it look cheap and there are too many sharp edges - frame edges need to be more rounded and mechanism has sharp edges that can catch when changing sheets

Paid a lot of money for a bed
Paid a lot of money for a bed, but I complained about the mattress but unfortunately I just over the 14 day trial period and I was told nothing can be done,I would have to buy a topper for the mattress.
I would not recommend them

We have had beds from Adjustamatic for almost thirty years and I would recommend them for comfort style and ease of use. Changing sheets is so much easier!!
Sales representative and delivery were both excellent. I’m a little disappointed with office staff, in recent years, some are not as efficient I think … maybe they work from home and that affects the service? I contacted them to ask for a final receipt of the balance after the bed was delivered in May. I am still waiting and that is the only “black mark” I might have given (but haven’t!).

Beds are fantastic
Beds are fantastic, my mattress a bit too firm, corrected by adding 2” memory foam.
Sale, after sale by Lee excellent.
Installation team very good and old bed removed very quickly.

Very disappointing customer service and bed durability.…
We purchased our bed from the Ideal Home Show in 2019 following a very good sales pitch.
I would advise people to steal clear of this company and ignore the 15 year guarantee and talk of beds lasting up to 15 - 20 years with no problems.
Firstly the mattress never seemed to fit the bed properly and always moved to one side. They came out to fit retainers around the bed which did stop the mattress coming off but didn't stop it moving to one side. It was never square on the bed.
More importantly in under 7 years the metal frame completely failed making the bed no longer adjustable. At first the foot end stopped adjusting, followed a few months later by the head end. We had no choice but to pay the extortionate £189 call out fee.
A weld at the foot end had snapped and the metal frame had twisted on both sides rendering the bed unusable.
Then followed the wrangling with after sales (customer services). Apparently, the metal bed frame wasn't the bed frame so wasn't guaranteed! As there is no other bed frame, I think we managed to convince them it was the bed frame. Then only 20% of the cost of a frame was covered by the guarantee as the bed was over 6years old - yes just 6 years not 15!
Eventually they agreed to replace the metal frame but we needed to pay for the work and for a new base board. There was nothing wrong with our base board, rather it would have been difficult to remove the frame from it due to the twisting. We were offered 10% off a new bed which miraculously was only slightly more than we would be charged for the repair.
I feel their aim was always to sell a new bed rather than carry out a repair under guarantee.
We chose to go elsewhere, having had quite enough of Adjustamatic and their after sales service.

We are sorry to see that you are not satisfied with the guarantee period and interactions you have had thus far. I can see that there conversations for this were held in May of this year and there was an explanation that the frame work is covered completely for the first two years then slowly we reduce the percentage of cover on the frame work over time. We failed to receive a response until today to our email from beginning of May.

5* experience in viewing/trying out/ordering and delivery. I've now had the bed a few days and I can honestly say it was a worthy purchase. It is so comfortable and has made a difference to sleep quality and pain relief. Initially I thought it was very expensive, but change that review to "worth every penny" and have recommended to a fellow pain sufferer. The delivery guys were amazing, so helpful, cheerful and cleared up perfectly after themselves. They are a credit to your company! Thank you for changing my life!! We met Sarah the rep/owner at the Lincolnshire Show. She was very informative and put no high sales pressure on.
