Adjust Massage Avis

Christine is always very helpful - she listened and suggests appropriate treatment/massage. She is so open and friendly and yet extremely professional. I would always recommend her and there are a wide range of treatments and therapies she offers which is very helpful

Very professional approach, made to feel very relaxed, great facilities and would certainly recommend

Went to Grazyna about a problem with my knee. Feels a lot better after the first session. Thanks for the treatment & advice

Christine was very knowledgeable in the pre treatment assessment. Straight away I knew I was in good hands.
She thoroughly beat me up! (as requested) and I left feeling much improved.
Highly recommended and I will be booking again

Christine really listened to what my concerns were in relation to having hurt my back and worked carefully and skilfully to address the problem and ease the tension. I have already booked in for my next session!

Really great massage. Good location and facilities. Christine worked her magic and listened to what I needed. Would highly recommend.

I’ve been to Adjust a couple of times now and find the therapist (Jules) willing to listen to exactly what needs are. I’m into the running world so lots of Wear&tear
Jules has fixed me a couple of times now so I’ve been able to get mileage back up

Would highly recommend, very pleasant along with great personality

She addressed my concerns and helped me tremendously with my back issues

Great head and neck massage with Christine. Thank you.

I had a Swedish massage with Christine and it was very much suited to what I needed! I will be coming regularly now to help support my whiplash recovery.

Post surgery MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE massage carried out by Christine was the first a series off booked sessions
The message helped with the healing process and the benefits are starting to take effect so I’m very grateful and looking forward to the next weeks session with Christine

No waiting. Seen straight away. Very knowledgeable about the issues presented. Muscular pain and stiffness in knee and shoulder. My neighbour recommended Adjust so thought I would try them. Glad I did.

Grazyna gives a really good firm massage but also manipulation on the parts that need it. Went specifically with my shoulder and it is improved after 1 session, booked another straight away to improve movement more. Would highly recommend.

Had a deep tissue massage with Christine, first time booking with her. I would highly recommend,
Christine was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and professional.
I have booked another appointment with her!

An absolutely lovely Swedish massage. Christine ensured that I was comfortable throughout the whole session, and did a spectacular job at making me feel relaxed. Her technique was wonderful, I feel so much better from head to toe.
Highly recommended!

Thank you.

Today I went for my first full-body hot stone massage with Christine and it was fantastic. She’s very good and professional, and I already booked for my next treatment with her. I have a massage every 3-4 weeks and this is certainly one of the best I had! Thanks Christine

Christine provides an excellent service. She is very experienced and always a pleasure to be treated by.

Had a lot of massages over the years. I have now had a sports massage and a Swedish massage from Christine and both were absolutely brilliant. I went in with alot of discomfort, stiffness and pain and both times left feeling so much better. She is very professional and knows exactly what is needed. If you need a massage to relieve your muscular issues I would not hesitate to see Christine. Lovely relaxing music too by the way which I feel helps

I got a voucher for my birthday for a pregnancy message. I left it quite late, I'm 38 weeks pregnant but it was worth the wait! Christine was incredibly friendly and the massage was wonderful from start to finish! I especially enjoyed the face rub at the end. Will definitely be returning after baby is born!

I was able to get an appointment in the same day. Kladia was amazing she made me feel like I was able to move a lot easier afterwards. I would highly recommend
