Adjust Massage Avis

Had deep tissue massage today with Sylvia absolutely amazing 👏
Had problems with neck and upper back pain and she managed to realise all the knots causing me discomfort.
Haven't felt this good in years !
Will definitely be returning

Having tension in my back and neck for weeks, I booked an appointment with Carl at Adjust for a deep tissue massage. This was my first visit and Carl was brilliant, so good i booked another couple of sessions with him. Neck and back feel much better! Looking forward to next visit.

Great service. Highly recommended

I’ve been going to Adjust Massage for a few weeks now and had regular appointments with Christine for some treatment and deep tissue massages. These were really good and I found these treatments very beneficial for both short and long term solutions. In particular, Christine is really great, she’s very attentive to the areas I need help with and also very supportive in terms of post treatment advice too. Christine is also really great to talk to and is extremely friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend Christine for her treatments.

Possibly the best sports massage that I have experienced. Dan work hard to loosen post cycle tightness and definitely improved my recovery.

Thank you, Molly, for a wonderful pregnancy massage - it was perfect and just what I needed!

I’ve already booked back in for two more before my due date, and I’ll be trying reflexology too.

Thanks again,

Holly

My husband booked an aromatherapy massage with Christine for my first mothers day, I felt such a difference in my upper back immediately and for days after and the scents we chose were lovely! She checked the pressure was okay with me throughout, I'll definitely be booking again

Excellent deep tissue massage with Carla.

Would definitely recommend.

Excellent Service, Good Massages.

I had the most perfect deep tissue massage by Christine, she addressed my specific needs and i left feeling far improved and very relaxed.

Really recommend for mum's to be. I've had a pregnancy massages from both Sarah and Christine and they were amazing. Really helped soothe my aches and pains - giving me the best night sleep in a long time!

My third session at Adjust and this was just as great as the others - went for back and scalp massage, very relaxing.

My visit to Alison exceeded all my expectations. Alison was so knowledgable and very professional. The relief I got from my treatment was amazing. What a great ambassador she is to this establishment.

Excellent deep tissue massage done by Aleks. Explained what I needed working out, assessed further professionally and in detail. The massage itself was fantastic and I've already booked for another session. Highly recommended.

Christine asked about my needs before starting and effectively addressed my problems. Used the right strength for me. My aches and pains definitely eased after my deep tissue massage session with her.

I was curious about the lymphatic drainage massage and I wasn't disappointed. Christine really has a good way of relaxing the body and helping ease the tension. Good first experience. I hope I'll be back.

A calming and relaxing massage by Christine, very therapeutic and I felt much better after!

Very knowledgeable therapist who assessed my problem and then concentrated on solving it. Explaining what she was doing and why.
To be recommended

Incredibly relaxing full body massage that focussed on reducing my stress levels and helping me to relax.

Great level of pressure which Christine kept checking with me throughout.

Feeling a lot better and chilled now!

I had my first ever Indian Head massage and it was amazing. Plus if you book for one hour you get a back massage too which makes it fantastic value. Christine was brilliant - really put me at ease. Can't recommend this experience highly enough!
