Great Company to Work with
I had a difficult loan and everything Alana Sky said came true. This is my first loan with Ad Mortgage. Even though it was the first loan, I found their system to be very intuitive and easy to use. AD turn times are great, approx 24 hours. I really enjoyed working with them and will again I am sure.

being able to communicate by phone to all terminals helps with any confusion on any subject. Also the speed of which conditions are reviewed is super helpful. I have been a loan officer for 30 years and this just takes the anxiety of whether or not your loan is going to close on time out of the situation.
