This file was a breeze with A & D. I had to move it over to them after the original bank denied the condo. A & D had this condo approved and the we submitted and cleared the file for closing in 10 days. Fantastic service and my AE, Vlad is the best!!

Excellent Service and Client Solutions
I have been in the mortgage business for over 35 years. I have worked with a lot of lending companies and account executives over the years. We just closed a deal for our client with AD, and with out the help and push from Vlad and his team lead Oliver it would not have been possible to meet the needs of our borrower who had a hard deadline to meet for closing and funding. When issues arise, this team will work tirelessly to find solutions for all parties and get your file to closing! I would 100% recommend Vlad, Oliver, and the team at AD for a smooth, timely, and excellent client experience. We will be closing many loans with this team in the future!
