Excellent Service and Client Solutions
I have been in the mortgage business for over 35 years. I have worked with a lot of lending companies and account executives over the years. We just closed a deal for our client with AD, and with out the help and push from Vlad and his team lead Oliver it would not have been possible to meet the needs of our borrower who had a hard deadline to meet for closing and funding. When issues arise, this team will work tirelessly to find solutions for all parties and get your file to closing! I would 100% recommend Vlad, Oliver, and the team at AD for a smooth, timely, and excellent client experience. We will be closing many loans with this team in the future!

I've worked with a lot of AEs over the years, and Nick genuinely stands out. The man picks up his phone every time. That alone is rare in this industry, but what really sets him apart is how he makes the whole loan process feel effortless. Complex situations? He breaks them down, keeps things moving, and never makes you feel like you're bothering him.
And honestly, his attitude makes all the difference. Nick is one of those people who's just genuinely kind and hardworking and it shows in every conversation. Calling him never feels like a chore, it actually feels like talking to someone who's in your corner.
A&D is lucky to have him. If you're not working with Nick Cobb, you should be.

Working with A&D Mortgage has been one of the best decisions we've made as a company. From day one, our Account Executive Nick Cobb has been nothing short of exceptional - always available, deeply knowledgeable, and somehow managing to bring a smile and a sense of calm to even the most complex situations. Nick doesn't just process requests, he actually solves problems, and that makes all the difference in this business.
But what really sets A&D apart is that the excellence doesn't stop with Nick. The entire team: underwriters, closers, the tech team, and sales; operates with the same level of professionalism and dedication.
