The machining issues you described — heli-coils installed incorrectly and fuel rail mounting surfaces out of spec — are serious concerns. Components like rocker assemblies and related engine parts must meet precise tolerances, especially for diesel and heavy-duty truck applications. What you’re describing is not acceptable.

We’re also sorry the packaging arrived in poor condition. While carriers can sometimes cause transit damage, packaging should be sufficient to protect precision semi-truck and engine components during shipment.

We’re very sorry to hear about this experience — especially the lack of communication. Not receiving responses to emails, discovering a listed email address is not active, and having a part re-shipped after you had already requested a refund would understandably be very frustrating.

If the carrier returned the shipment to us and you had already notified us that you no longer needed the part due to delays, that situation should have been reviewed before the item was sent back out. Clear communication is critical when handling semi-truck and heavy-duty truck parts, particularly when shipping issues cause downtime and force you to purchase elsewhere.

We also take seriously your comment regarding the email address listed on our packaging. If there is an outdated or inactive contact listed, that needs to be corrected immediately.
