Placed order through pay pal. Pay pal charged me twice.
Emailed ADVG to let them know. Instant response from the lady. Very polite. PayPal within 10 minutes realised their own mistake & refunded me. Picked up a ski erg and a bike erg bundle today from the warehouse. Great communication and service from Jonathan through out, Even helped me load the equipment into my van. Both pieces of equipment are great quality and at a such a cheap price! Would definitely recommend buying from ADVG. Overall great experience from start to finish and was a pleasure to meet the man behind the ADVG brand.

Great company to buy from. Ordered the curved treadmill. Arrived around 5 days later in a large sturdy box. Put the treadmill together by myself with a little help from my wife. Easy to work out where things go. Used it twice now and works brilliantly. You can tell it’s made from sturdy materials so should last a long time. Would definitely recommend this company to buy from

Recently purchased a couple of Ski ergs for my gym that I own. Delivery was fantastic (within 3 days) and packaging was also great.

Super easy to assemble .

Was also a bit skeptical how they would compare to to a concept 2 ski erg but honestly they are just as good.

Will 100% be ordering some more kit .

ADVG Bike Erg

I've owned the ADVG bike erg for about a week now so this review is just my initial thoughts on the product and overall customer service to date.

I've been using a concept 2 bike erg at my local gym on almost a daily basis and wanted to invest in a bike erg but my budget was limited. After seeing the reviews for ADVG I thought I'd take a punt and buy one for my garage gym.

Jon at ADVG has been amazing and answered questions and queries prior to purchasing and responds quickly.
The sale transaction was smooth and the warranty is reassuring.

ADVG was only a 45 minute drive from me so I opted to collect it. The bike is particularly heavy, about 60kg's but the packaging was excellent and the wooden storage box is pretty cool looking (has ADVG painted on to the box), so much so, I'll be using it as cable attachment board on the wall of the gym at some point.

Assembly was very easy and took me about 10 minutes. It took longer to open the box and remove the bubble wrap.

The bike has wheels at the front so is relatively easy to manoeuvre however a handle at or around the seat post would make this a little easier but this is only something very minor to comment on.

On first using the bike, there is very little difference I can notice between this and the concept 2. The feel of the resistance, when pedaling is almost identical. I find the seat relatively comfortable and the adjustable handlebar/seat makes it easy to set to your preferred position.
The digital monitor is very easy to use and has similar functions to the concept 2.

My works laptop fits nicely on the handle bats so I can read through some emails while pedaling away.

The bottle holder is convenient the handle bars are comfortable.

I noticed a small amount of play in the pedal mechanism when first using it however after a quick message to Jon, it turned out I just needed to tighten a few bolts where the pedal assembly connects to the crank (probably loosened during transit). Jon was on hand to help and responded quickly to my questions.
I really can't fault the customer services and support, to date.

I am aware that concept 2 are well know for their customer services, replacement parts and after sales care. I queried the availability of parts and support provided with the warranty and Jon reassures me if there are any issues it will be covered by the warranty and he has replacement parts available if they are required.

To summarise, a great bit of kit with great customer services and support.

I wouldn't hesitate to purchase further gym items from ADVG in the future.

I will aim to provide a further review between 6 and 12 months of use.

Purchased the Advg Skierg from Jonathan and was a flawless and hassle free. Due to my location had to pay extra but it was delivered on time no issues

Bought the Ski Erg and rower. Great quality and both look very sturdy.
The screen on the rower is a bit more difficult to read but it’s a lot brighter on the ski erg.

Bought the ADVG Rower. Excellent communication from seller. Very fast delivery. Great product. Pretty much a Concept 2 rower but less than half the price. Bluetooth woks well and connects to the rower apps from Apple Store. A great bit of kit for the money. I certainly haven’t regretted buying it.

I came across the ADVG curved treadmill online and the quality is the same in person, superb! From the second I bought the treadmill to delivery and aftercare the communication has been brilliant.

The treadmill came within 3 days and was super easy to assemble with the instructions and kit all there to hand.

I couldn’t recommend ADVG enough and will 100% be purchasing equipment in the future..
