ADVG Avis 

I ordered a piece of equipment on 04/05/2026, and I have to say the delivery was quick and the machine was very easy to set up. The quality of the equipment itself is excellent and performs exactly as expected.Unfortunately, the machine arrived with the rear battery box missing. I first contacted customer services on 13/05/2026 to report the issue and, despite numerous follow-ups via email and live chat, I was still waiting for the replacement part as of 19/06/2026.I spoke with a representative on live chat on 23/05/2026 and received an email on 07/06/2026 assuring me that I had not been forgotten about. However, there was little progress after that, and communication remained poor throughout.It's disappointing because the equipment itself is second to none, but the after-sales support and customer service have been extremely frustrating. A great product is being let down by a lack of responsiveness when issues arise.

Ordered my bike erg to try and get it before the Easter weekend. Arrived before I expected. Solid bit of kit and really easy to put together (bar the fact that the instructions aren’t complete). The folks on the end of the support emails are really responsive and have answered all my questions quickly and without issue.

Would highly recommend.

The Worst Customer Service I’ve Ever Experienced. Avoid ADVG Completely.

I spent over £2,000 on a range of cardio equipment from ADVG, and within just a few months the assault bike developed a serious internal fault inside the sealed chain unit. This wasn’t caused by assembly or misuse — it’s a clear failure of the product.

What shocked me even more was the complete lack of communication. I tried live chat, email, Instagram, phone, and even eBay, and ADVG simply ghosted me. No replies. No help. No accountability. Nothing.

Their much-advertised 2-year guarantee is effectively worthless once you read their return policy. It feels deliberately written to avoid their legal responsibilities for repair or replacement when something goes wrong — especially within the first six months.

For the money I spent, I expected professional support. Instead, I’ve been ignored from every direction. The equipment has been reduced to a source of stress, not value.

Honestly, if you really want ADVG kit, come take mine. That’s how badly this whole experience has gone.

Save yourself the headache. Spend your money with a company that actually looks after its customers

Delivery was ment to be coming on Thursday. However noone was in and would be charged £50 extra each time a retry in Delivery would happen. So asked for it to be delivered on Friday knowing someone would be in all day. This was agreed, however Instead was delivered on Saturday. Lucky enough I was in when the delivery was being made. Delivery left outside door knocked and picture taken then left. Bike seems okay, will update once it is up and running. Been too ill to set up and do.

I rarely give reviews but ADVG are spot on, from the minute I placed the order for my StepMaster I had many questions about delivery and logistics and Johnathan could not have been more helpful. Everything went very smoothly and the StepMaster itself is really great quality.

I genuinely recommend this company and couldn't have asked for better service.

We bought and assault bike / air bike from ADVG. Unfortunately it had a small issue with it, (no fault of the company, just a random manufacturing fault) and they really took care of us! They sent us the necessary parts to try to resolve the issue, and failing that they replaced the equipment for us! Really impressed with ADVG customer service and the whole experience. I run a small gym in York, and companies like this with caring customer support are so refreshing when trying hard to run my business.

Only just received the bike and now put together. Seems to be well built. Instruction leaflet wasn’t complete so only had part instructions. Rating based on ownership after only 1-day and 1 use.

Bought really nice piece of boxing kit from this company and quality really good. Managed to assemble with no instructions provided but unable to adjust height. Tried to call and message and eventually told to adjust height by moving a lever bu this doesn't work. Messaged again but no response. Unable to use as positioned too low. A manual would have been useful

Great treadmill at a fantastic price. Great communications and delivered quickly. Product is pretty much identical to other curved treadmills but at a much better price. Definitely recommended.

Brilliant StepMaster quality. I’ve always loved the StairMaster in the gym but couldn’t justify the price. The ADVG StepMaster is excellent quality for the price! The ordering process was really easy and the item was shipped really quickly (within 4 days). Jonathan messaged to ensure we had the delivery details and can see that he is very responsive.

Ordered a rowing erg from ADVG and had a few issues with the equipment at first. The customer service shown by Jonathan to sort my issue was first class. Really happy with the rowing machine, easy to assemble and very sturdy.

I purchased ski, assault bike & rower. Took a while for delivery as it was a back order but that wasn't a major issue to me.
Kit was straightforward to put together.
Performs really well. If you're looking for a concept 2 alternative I'd recommend them.
I was a bit sceptical at first but the reviews and speaking to Jonathan put my mind at ease.
The only constructive criticism I can offer is the bike is not adjustable and as standard mine has very little resistance compared to other assault bikes I've used. However if you increase your output, you get very effective workout using it so its not a major issue at all.

Great product and service. Highly recommend if you want the same Concept quality for half the price.
