The Products are extremely good Quality BUT more importantly for a Gym owner, the Customer Services here are EXCELLENT!
Raymond in Particular helped me out alot when a Shipping Company misplaced a Parcel worth a lot of Money.
Within 24 Hours Raymond organised for a new Shipment to us even though the fault was 100% the Responsibility of the Shipping Company, Factory Weights stepped in to help me out knowing i had a deadline to work towards.
Theres not a lot of Companies would do that nowadays.

From advice on what i needed, explained patiently, clearly, friendly and honestly; delivery communications that were accurate and straight forward; answering tech questions during build and placement; to overcoming a couple of minor bumps in the process…i cannot recommend Factory Weights highly enough. Particular shout out to Raymond who took customer service to a level all of the big companies would be jealous of!! Guaranteed a customer going forward - top marks!!! Really happy with the price and quality of my items. The thing that really sets Factory Weights apart though is the customer service, absolutely fantastic! Quality equipment and great customer service
I was sent the wrong item and contacted customer services, it was dealt with instantly, couldn’t be happier with this service and highly recommend them. The quality of their products is great, and I’ll be using them again for a lot of my gym equipment.

Excellent customer service despite the order mistake
We received the wrong belt color — we ordered gold, but received the bronze version instead. It seems they no longer had the correct one in stock and sent this one without informing us first. In addition, some important parts from the buckle were missing, so the belt could not even be assembled or used properly.
However, I really appreciate how quickly and professionally they responded to our emails. They immediately acknowledged the mistakes, apologized, and refunded the money without making the process difficult. They also did not require us to return the belt, which helped a lot because we had no printer available for return labels.
Mistakes can happen, but good customer service makes the difference, and in this case they handled the situation very well.

Carrier lost a parcel and factory weights never hesitated to replace item till investigation was done. Highly recommend.

Product amazing, delivery not so great
Product arrived and is amazing. The delivery from DX Freight was awful though, later than expected and box arrived in tatters, thankfully product inside was not affected.
