Great customer support . It’s been a few hiccups with the delivery, but they managed to sort it very fast. The equipment is absolutely amazing for great prices.

Great weights and bar set (100kg cast set with free 5’ bar)at a great price, which was comparable with 2nd hand sets on fb and eBay. The only thing that was better was the quick shipping at an unreal cost of £5 for a bundle weighing way over 100kg

Dumbbells really well made and just what I wanted. There was a cosmetic issue with one of the dumbbells and customer service sorted it out right away. Will definitely be using buying from here again.

The product is great and I did order…
The product is great and I did order the evening before a Bank holiday so in fairness I couldn't expect the goods to be delivered in the usual time frame. One slightly negative point is that I recieved a text from the courier advising that the goods would be delivered the day after the text but they actually turned up one hour after the text, which was good but I could quite easily not have been home.

Stealth additions not quite fit for purpose
Hi.
Bought a stealth double cable pulley machine, after being told that the footplate and knee roll for lat pull downs and back rows was compatible. The items fit but do not align with the pulley as it sits on the outside of the upright and not in front, this makes the excercise skewed and not fit for purpose. I suggested creating a workaround with a 'fixing kit' to accommodate and make this viable and safe for the user by making the footplate and knee roll align so central to the pulley. I even asked if there was any scrap or broken uprights i could use to create an adapter or fixing kit of my own and make one. It doesnt seem to be a lot to do to make this better for the user, but didnt get any response.

Great products, great service
Ordered 2 kettlebells, both of which are excellent. The couriers on the other hand were a disaster, but Raymond at Factory was absolutely outstanding and couldn’t have done more to sort it out, despite it very much not being Factory’s fault.
