Weight plates
Another quick easy purchase due to efficient navigation of well structured Internet site and simple user friendly buying page. Delivery was delayed but DPD courier provided updates and delivered within 24hrs from delay date. No complaints, no issues, will use again.

Absolutely outstanding company
Absolutely outstanding company, tip top customer service. Shout out to Raymond for going above and beyond to rectify issues with the order, delivery is super fast considering HQ is in Scotland and im by the south coast of england.
I ordered the "big rig" axel and can say that its a pretty awesome bar, not too heavy so would be good for those that are looking to learn axel overheads ect. And is also just as good for the veterans as it has a load capacity well over 300 kilos. Its "smooth" with a rough powder coated finish throughout and feels awesome to smash overhead.
Needless to say this wont be the last time i use this company and look forward to ordering again soon

Great customer service
Despite there being a small issue with delivery, it was quickly rectified without any fuss. The Stealth Cable system is fantastic, very well made, robust and works brilliantly. Would highly recommend.

By far the best company we've dealt with
We purchased our entire gym kit from Factory Weights, and no are repeat purchasers of additional items - this time it was some additional strongman sandbags.
Every time we contact FW the response is excellent, the products are top class and delivery is so swift!

I contacted Factory Weights on Instagram. They were so responsive and helpful. I had some specific questions and requirements and they were able to give me the exact advice and recommendations I needed. The equipment is actually so good! I bought the calibrated plates, which came in pristine condition, the short table which is great and easy to put together and the pro bench which feels every bit like a combo rack bench! There were a few missing items, but Factory Weights responded quickly to send over what was missing. Highly recommend. Kal

Great company - Great kit
So happy with my home gym setup mostly from FW. Genuinely great kit at a good price.
I’ve bought over 200kg in weight, power rack, dumbbells and barbells and recently the meta bike. I train daily at CrossFit box and at hyrox training clubs and all the kit feels exactly the same.
I must also shout out the team at Factory Weights who make the process feel personal - nice touch being able to communicate over WhatsApp.

Delivery was a day late and when it arrived only contained half the requested items because the "order could not be fulfilled". If the missing item was not in stock why take my money? Why only tell me about the item not in stock when the rest of the order had been delivered,

50kg adjustable dumbbells
I bought 50kg adjustable dumbbells and a bench. I'm very pleased with the quality.
I work out three times a week at home, so far no problems.
The delivery was fast, but the driver didn't pick up the pallet.

It has been a disappointing experience…
It has been a disappointing experience on my latest purchase with FW. I have purchased items previously and all went extremely well from a super supportive team. On this occasion the company made a duplicate delivery and the communication thus far is implying I’m responsible for the issue and associated return. This is disappointing from a company I would have previously recommend to all. I have communicated openly and offered to support recovery but question why this is issue is any way my problem, accountability or responsibility. A mistake by the supply is 100% their responsibility. I can confidently state that I will not return as a customer despite the fact I will finish building my home gym with a different brand but unfortunately the manner and approach FW are following in this instance aggressive and unjust.
