Superb quality gear at a top notch price.

Purchased the Nexus Adjustable Dumbbells and Barbell. This was to replace a set previously purchased from elsewhere, the type that you twist the handle to adjust weight, and which had failed causing an injury.

The purchase, communciation and delivery was fantastic. The items themselves are solid, and as they are individual plates added or removed, they lock into each other and are secure.

The reason for purchase was due to limited space in my home gym, and although expensive compared to other adjustable dumbbells, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Was told around 3 days for delivery. Took around 2.5 weeks. Adjustable barbell is off poor quality and they don’t offer any other attachments for it such as a curl bar. Refund policy requires it to be unused and with original packaging. How on earth can you tell if a product is good without trying it

So I rounded off my first review (of 2 x 12kg comp kettlebells) a few days ago with the summary that I liked them so much that I’d also ordered 2 x 16kg comp kettlebells…
Well this is part 2 of the review…and let’s start with the delivery…that 48hr turnaround for the 12kg set (from Glasgow to deepest darkest Devon) was no fluke…because the 16kg set also arrived within 48hrs of ordering…
…and they are just as good…they arrived very well packaged…are nicely balanced and flow well through all lifts. They are reassuringly heavy…you lock out both overhead and after a number of reps you think there’s a strong chance I’m going to drop these…and then you remember that the grip has a bit of texture so you’ve got absolute confidence that they aren’t going to slip out of your hand and brain you as you lock out the press/jerk /snatch overhead for the nth time…which means it’s gonna be your arms (well mine anyway) that give out long before my grip on these really quite fantastic comp kettlebells… I’ll have to earn a few more pennies before I come back for 20kg and 24kg comp KBs…but when I do, I’ll be coming back here…absolutely great bit of kit, thank you!

Bought a couple of items from these guys. Really good quality products, very reasonable prices and prompt shipping. I made an error on my order which was placed on Saturday and wished to cancel one item, I emailed them on Sunday and they responded the same day to say they had cancelled it before sending out and they would issue a refund, which hit my account on Monday before the products were delivered on Tuesday. Overall I thought it was a superb example of how customer service should be done. Would absolutely buy from them again and not hesitate to recommend them to others. Thank you

The Delivery was quick and efficient

I like the speedy response, I didn't like the fact that i had to pay for the broken part of the dumbbell knowing fully well that they usually fall during exercises and should be designed to take falls, and in addition I am a regular customer of your brand/products. Lastly I liked the fast delivery time.

Factory weights have been amazing from start to finish. I had an issue with some missing items and they resolved this really quickly and also helped with additional questions on setting it up. I felt they went above and beyond and Raymond was so helpful. Really impressed and would definitely recommend.
