Won’t answer any calls or emails regarding the equipment malfunctioning - the bike gears don’t alter, the handle bars are exceptionally loose and display screen works sporadically . These things happen, but a reputable company would accept returns swiftly or at least answer emails / calls. The sales team were great… funnily enough! The after care. Awful!

I purchased a bike erg from ADVG which was not aligned to the quality I expected, they accepted me returning the product, have not actioned and refund and now will not communication with me via any medium which is absolutely anyone's worst nightmare when buying expensive items over the Internet. Absolutely do not engage with them.

Purchased the ski erg and assault bike combo, me and the wife been giving them both a good thrashing and they feel sturdy and solid as a rock, they both feel amazing to use and shall be using them at our farmyard fit camp for many others to enjoy too 🏆

I purchased both the ADVG Ski Erg and Assault Bike, 9 July 23 having left the RAF after 24 years.

The equipment did not fail to disappoint enabling me to train relentlessly for multiple HYROX Competitions.

The equipment has now gone to a new owner who will use the robust, resilient Ski Erg and Assault Bike as the centre piece for their new fitness business.

Bought a Ski Erg, very quick delivery. Purchased on a back order but had delivery within 2 weeks. Seems really good quality although haven't tried it yet. Easy to assemble following a YouTube video for assembling a concept 2 erg. Price is very competitive. Rebecca Terrey.

SkiErg & Airbike package.

Chose ADVG based on the great reviews, cost and recommended customer experience. Easy to order and delivery on time with good tracking info. Price was key for us kitting out a home gym. Equipment is sturdy, looks great and easy to assemble.
The Bluetooth connectivity on the SkiErg is one button to toggle BT on or off and connects to apps called KinoMap and FitShow.
Be prepared for a well greased chain on the air bike which helps protect parts during transit.We had to try and degrease as the excess sprayed around a bit.
I’d have liked instructions for the control panels for both pieces of kit as we were having to use a bit of guesswork however Jonathan has sent them.
I am more than happy with the purchases and would recommend ADVG.
Looking forward to using the kit.

Wife's already building her love hate relationship with the stepper!

From date of order to arranging picking it up from Cardiff was all done and completed in 24hrs. Was allowed to Opened the box to check the item and quality before purchase.
It look good in the box but after taken it home and assembled it was of very good Quality and took about 45 mins to build.

Have used the concept 2 in the Gym and Tournament and this is of equal quality but at a fraction of the cost.

Great item and great communication from the company

Amazed by the outcome! Having used Concept 2 kit in a number of gyms and competitions, I have been after a Skierg & Bike Erg for my own studio to facilitate my Hyrox training. I was very skeptical at the price difference and if everything was legitimate. John at ADVG provided excellent customer service, knowledge and honesty about the products.

Both items have arrived on time and were easy to assemble. Any questions I had, I was able to call John and he was extremely helpful. The kit looks brilliant and so far is just like Concept 2. Has completed my studio off for me nicely and saved some money.

Highly reccommend ADVG! Value for money.
