Affordable Sofas Avis 

Ordered a sofa from this company on Facebook had delivery yesterday and the sofa is not fit for purpose tried to contact them and have been blocked .please stay well clear of this company iv been intouch with trading standards action fraud

I was wary of this company due to a few reviews i had seen AFTER ordering and not much communication from the company, BUT im happy to say my new sofas have been delivered this morning and the delivery drivers kept in touch from the night before and this morning and were extremely fast setting up my 2&3 seater up. Very happy with the service. Will use again in the future. Wish i could post the photos to reassure anyone who doubts this company but no option unfortunately

After a rather hesitant start ( I thought it was all too good to be true) I have had my sofa delivered and I am absolutely over the moon! From start to finish my experience has been nothing but pleasant. And I recommend affordable sofas to anybody!

Haven't got the sofas I ordered and just been passed around with the delivery. Been waiting since 14th August for delivery for delivery day to come and I have a sofa I can use till Monday which will be the next delivery day after a guaranteed delivery of 7-8am this morning. Bare in mind I've had no sofa since 14th August I'm an ill person and my son has a rare disease and all I get is I can use this sofa till Monday but look after it as it will be resold. Service is poor there has been 1 gentleman who has tried his best to help me throughout that's the only reason I've given any stars. I only apologise to him for having to call so many times to sort delivery out.

Messaged for help and swatches. Told they would be sent out. Have chased 5 times now. Now I'm bring ignored on WhatsApp and the message not even read or acknowledged. They have been online. I was told this was being chased on 4th time chase up/ contact and only 2nd time being answered. I change address now and got my keys weeks ago. Which you were aware. Is it so hard to either send swatches or say you don't have them? Never mind answer people! This is how we safely pick sofa colours. You are a sofa company! You know l was waiting to order. What a way to go about business, customer interactions and requests. Disappointing.

Great service affordable sofas delivery was efficient and the guys assembled my sofa for me

Just received my new sofa and oh my goodness I'm in love. Its beautiful its big it's comfortable and it looks amazing in my home. I feel like a kid at Christmas I love love it

Ordered a sofa very uncomfortable want me to keep using my own money to solve the issue says one thing one time then another thing another time any mention of getting the finance involved they ring you straight away saying how honest people they are and will do everything they can for the customer but didn’t do nothing for me my finance company trying to contact them and affordable sofas are ignoring them avoid!!!!!
