As a first-time buyer, I really appreciated how helpful, responsive, and efficient they were throughout the entire process. If you are serving regular or reserve and looking to remortgage these were fantastic. I spent about a year being turned away from lenders as I was on Cyrus and away from my civvie employment. This made it difficult due to me not being under full time employment with the reserves even though I was deployed. Dianne helped me through and saved me about 3 grand in brokers fees. All commission comes from the lender so no rip off brokers fee. You will need to fill in a form supporting regi number etc but was well
