I made a referral for the platform
I made a referral for the platform, before I got the bonus I had to send double of the criteria, and had to mail them before I got the Afri points. Only for me to receive a mail that it has expired after 30 days, there was no reminder or notification to say use up your bonus. That’s how they withdrew the points. I kept it there for a purpose and I shouldn’t be pressured to use the points. Anyways I will not recommend you trade with them. They are not straight forward

I tried to send money to the United…
I tried to send money to the United States from Canada for the first time. Initially, the transaction did not go through, but I waited and also messaged the Customer service team. Then I tried again, and it went through. The team got back to my request in a reasonable, timely manner.

I have been facing difficulties…
I have been facing difficulties resolving a transaction issues for $1000 since Sept. 9, 2026. My US bank, Santander confirmed that the $1000 was sent to Lead Bank that I use to fund my Africhange account. Email communication through your team support is a nightmare. We have been sending emails back and forth without any resolution. It would be better and straightforward if Africhange can have a contact phone number for easier conversation.
