Time to notify the BBB!!!

I ordered three shirts months ago. Got an email the shipping was delayed. Sent an email to the address in many of the responses and got the following:
"Thank you for reaching out.

It seems there may have been some mix-up with the company you intended to contact. We are Lumi, a personal styling service, and we are not associated with Ageless Icons.

I recommend reaching out directly to Ageless Icons to resolve any issues regarding your order. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to assist with matters related to their services.

If you have any questions regarding our styling platform, I’m happy to assist you.

BUYER BEWARE!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! I ordered 2 T-shirts from this place in February and still haven't gotten anything and they won't respond to my emails. FU@# these guys and their t Shirts. I'll just chalk it up as a $35 LOSS. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I ordered 2 shirts in February 2025 and still have not recieved my order. I have sent atleast 3 emails with order number and a message. No response. Last time ordering from this company. Chalk it up as a loss.

I had one consultation with a bot. Totally disappointed. Canceled afterwards. Now I have been charged three times.

LUMI SCAM! REFUND POLICY DISCLOSURE AFTER PAYMENT

I knew this was a scam when their refund policy came AFTER membership payment. I disputed payment through my credit card company immediately! I cannot “unsubscribe” on the account page as Lumi instructed and see they have the next payment schedule date. I too will have to cancel my card and block this company! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

I cancelled this subscription last…

I cancelled this subscription last month and just got notification from my bank that they are trying to charge my card again. Also, the clothing "consultation" was not with a human. It was AI. I am not paying to talk to a computer.

Sketchy

I subscribed, withing 20 minutes decided I couldn't afford it and it's not the right time to be extending myself. Cancelled. Saw a charge for $29.64. Had to ask myself, for what? Requested refund. Got auto email response indicating they'd get back to me. Haven't heard back. Haven't received refund. Seems sketchy to me and I can't, not for trying, get any response or anyone on the phone.

Second time I have tried them

Second time I have tried them, vague ,misleading ,and will not let me schedule a rebook appt. App will not cancel my subscription, had to block card and replace it. Scam

Not enough information to be made clear. There's a list of prices but not clear about what services are included. It does not state the cost of clothing, shipping , etc. Very vague in description which promotes possibility of surprise charges.

Absolute scam!!

Absolute scam!!! I went online to check out the clothing advice and then left the site once I saw they wanted money. Now I have six $30 US charges on my credit card. I did not authorize it but customer service department says I did and will not refund me. I did not use the service for even one day.

right off, I would not recomend using this product, its not worth the money. Secondary the chargeing system is very misleading!!! In my case I chose the $19.99 plan was charged the full year amount which I did not choose, and in US currency its $64 canadian. I HEREBY DEMAND MY FULL REFUND ...thank you
