I have been trying to cancel my subscription for over a month. I have reached out to them via email and Facebook Messenger. They respond back with an automated message and they keep trying to charge my credit card. They will not cancel my subscription upon request

Now that I have read the other reviews it’s even more disappointing. Seems like maybe some folks from 2023 had a good experience and then they just started scamming people. I literally got hit for over $100 for a 5 min text with someone. Please. Don’t fall for the scam.

If I could leave less than a star or…

If I could leave less than a star or negative one I absolutely would. I was charged $39.99 and did not receive any service. I also found this fraudulent company via instagram. I guess I was, just like so many others, an easy target. My mistake for not checking “Ageless” comments out on trustpilot prior to filling out their questionnaire at the end of which one is charged $39.99. No service was rendered to me by the company at all. I immediately tried to contact the company asking to have my money refunded , for which , of course, they had a list of reasons why they didn’t do that. How shameful to do business like that. Also, why does such a fraudulent company get to be pushed by Instagram anyway?

They try to sell you before they tell you what this is. How on earth can a company sell you something without telling what they're selling. Thank god I opened another window to google and found this site before pressing the buy button.

What is this service?

What is this service?? I got charged on my credit card for something I perhaps signed up for and there has been ZERO information from this company as to what to do, how to get started. It just pulls you in with a good advertisement. I know - stupid me. Now I have NO idea how to cancel. This is a joke.

What are they hiding that they cannot provide proper information.

I agree with all the other comments, what am I buying clothe, service.
What do I get in the trial period, what do I get a month as it says in 29.99/month after the trial. What do you get for that? Is there shipping charges on top, what are they?

Great idea, horrible execution, so much opportunity you could have captured, but you are sending us away with no purchase!!!

Not a good investment or experience

I went through the prompts only to get to "enter your credit card" for a trial. Ok, did so, I can cancel right? Not your initial set up. I filled out the "questionaire", scheduled my online appointment (no real phone conversation with a real person), logged on early and waited..... waited..... waited..... Then "Jordon" said hi, give me a few minutes, then asked me questions that were answered in the questionaire. I asked, "did you read my responses?" Waited.... almost 7 minutes before a response. I was 27 minutes into the appointment before the dialog actually become more reactive with more prompt responses. I wrote in the chat, "I'm clearly dealing with AI". No response for 4 minutes. My last response was, this is a waste of my time, I will cancel. That was it. I got a "sorry, no refund and have a good day" response. No offer to provide a second stylist, nothing. Just keep the money and run. You should do the same, keep your money and run from Ageless. By the way, it came up "Lumi" in my email. Isn't that a hair removal company?

Update

I've done the questionnaire but when I get to the end, there are only options for purchasing. I don't see anywhere what I'm actually purchasing - is it a product (clothes) or a service (fashion advice) or both?

I've never seen a site with so little information. I don't know why anyone would pay for something when you don't know what that 'something' is.

I obviously did not pay for anything and will not in the future.

Follow up: A representative from the company emailed me addressing my concerns and wanting to 'make it right'. While I appreciate that, I have to say I'm no farther away from knowing what the subscription price includes. She talked about providing 'confidence' in how I look and access to a fashion stylist for fashion advice - but only with the premium subscription.
I will venture a guess and say this is a service only with no product such as a piece of clothing included in the price. Other reviewers had the same question.
The rep suggested I try the 'trial' but I don't feel I need just styling advice so will pass on this company.

The terms tell you what u need to know

Everyone, you have to read the fine line and the terms. So, you pay a dollar. After the term ends they begin to charge you $49 each monthn . You are paying $49 for no clothes. This is a scam. The fact that it was hard to find any info on the service. Go I had to cancel any plan that you gotten cuz you don't want to do it I had another company just like this do that to me

As others have said. I took their quiz via an IG advertisement and ended up at the subscription page. It is vague and I feel that is intentional. Do we have to purchase the clothes that are recommended to us? Or are they included in the subscription price?

My dislike is the vague information

My dislike is the vague information. I would find it more settling if I could see a sample of what you're putting together. I don't like signing up for something site unseen. Sounds like a good idea but like I said I would need to see what type of clothes and such that you're putting together for me. The ones that were presented to me in the initial fill out of questions wasn't anything that I was interested in. I'm afraid that that's what I would be getting in clothing.

Great concept, sneaky execution

I found this company via Instagram. As a women in my mid-fifties, I find myself wearing the same things and have difficulty finding clothing that fits properly and is flattering.

After spending time filling out the questionnaire, I came to the page with subscription offers. There isn’t enough information to give me a clear picture of what the company offers. Reading other reviews here, I see it’s a styling service. For the prices listed on Trust Pilot, this isn’t an offering in which I am interested.

Nordstrom provides this service for free along with tailoring.

The concept is great, but the company needs to make their offering and pricing more clear. For example, for X dollars per month subscribers will receive x,y and x.

What the heck do they actually sell

Like others, I came across a Facebook quiz that I took that then offered some style guide to be sent to me by email for $.99. I personally would love to buy some new clothes and have some guidance on how to do it. But as I crawled in to read the fine print, I realized that I was going to be charged $.99 followed by $49 the next day for I have no idea what. So I canceled. Then I went to try to find their website and could not find anything about what service they actually offer. Will they be shipping me clothes? Will they be Showing me pictures of pretty clothes? I still can’t figure it out and then found this website where I now see a lot of other confused people like myself. Luckily, I did not click yes to the $.99 or I would be scrambling to cancel my bank card like so many others. You guys need to figure out that bait and switch is not the way to get people to buy your stuff! I am a perfect target audience for whatever it is, you might sell, but I can’t figure out what the heck it is. And now my trust is gone .

Subscription scam

Like other reviews, my wife did the quiz on Facebook paid the dollar but never went to the website.
So she never got the service and now they have charged her $49.99 for a subscription she never signed up for

My experience

A couple of days ago after seeing a sponsored ad on Facebook (which I therefore trusted) I signed up with a $0.99 fee. That was fine. Then tonight I was charged approx £41 for what I have no idea. I didn’t download their Apo or had chance to go on their website. All trust in the business has gone. I have had to cancel my bank card to ensure they don’t try and take any future payments. I’m disappointed & felt let down. It looked really good.
