Great experience with Sumair Khan. If you book options with car seat for kid he can provide you with it. Driver sent all instructions so it was easy to find each other. Also since we updated him about landing, luggage collection etc he made pick up smooth and quick so car already was there on pick up point.

Everything was as agreed. The booking confirmation, contact with customer service, and arrangement with the driver all went smoothly. The car was clean, and the driver was professional and pleasant. The only issue was that the payment options stated cash was accepted, but we were asked for a card number instead. In the end, we paid by card, which wasn’t a problem, but it might be helpful to clarify the procedure for customers. In any case, they will be my choice in the future — extremely reliable.

I used AH Airport Taxis to travel from St Albans to Luton Airport and the return journey at the end of my trip. The cost was reasonable (cheaper than parking a car at Luton Airport for the duration of the trip) and the drivers punctual and friendly. I will use them again.

Completed the online request form with trip details, had contact from the taxi office to confirm within 10 minutes, enjoyed rest of my day with family. Taxi then arrived 10 minutes before request time, driver very pleasant and helpful, straight to the airport without any issues and well in time for flight.

What can I say about this fantastic taxi company? We travelled as a family of six to Luton Airport, about 60 Miles. Pick up was well on time, driver very polite and drove extremely professionally. Lovely mercedes vehicle and very clean.
Troubles began a few days into our holiday in Portugal, when our granddaughter wasn't very well and needed to return home. We sorted a flight for the next day and AH taxis did us a deal to return just two people home and reduce the price for four of us to return the original transfer date. This was all sorted on the spur of the moment and very much appreciated by us all. Driver was again on time to collect them. The amount of emails, texts or whatsapp information/confirmations is amazing. On our return I had confirmed our pick up to AH, but then due to unforseen circumstances needed to change drop off address. Again, no problem, sorted by email in a very short time and didn't even charge for bit extra distance and administration etc. On our arrival back there were problems at passport control with massive queues. Numerous calls to our driver and back from our driver, who bye the way had already been in the collection area, had to leave and wait elsewhere and then return to collect us, we eventually got on our way, about 30 minutes later than arranged. Once again lovely clean modern vehicle and very polite driver, who then had to endure a much longer journey, due to a bad accident on the M1 motorway. He seemed to take all of these problems in his stride even though he would be much later home than planned. All in all, I can't thank AH enough for all of their help and assistance. I would certainly use again and recommend them to anyone wanting a very good taxi/transfer company. Ten out of Ten AH.
