Ordered many times from aica and as always goods are despatched promptly and delivery is 2-3 days.
As a bathroom fitter I always use aica if they stock the products I need.
Price point and quality are hard to beat.
Excellent***** highly recommend.

No fuss, no difficulties, good product and delivered ahead of time. You've got to be happy with that.

everything is a really good price, seems to be a good quality. delivery is good

Delivery quick. Well packaged. Good quality radiator. Thanks!

Took a little longer to arrive than I thought but cannot fault the product and communication from the company was good

Great Product, Great Price, Fast delivery, Effective team.

I was initially sckeptical of placing an order, and wanted to order through B&Q, same product but almost double the price. Changed my decision last moment and placed an order with Aica.

To my surprise, the order was processed quickly and i got the shower screen delivered just in 40 to 45 hours of me placing the order.

It was also delivered by company's own delivery team and not any 3rd party. And the delivery guy was well trained and mannered.

I am one satisfied customer and would definitely recommend Aica Bathrooms!!!!

Always great service

Have used this company a few times now always good prices and speedy delivery

Brilliant service from start to finish
Thank you

I had ordered a fixed panel as well as hinged/pivot panel. Turns out that the measurement that I chose for the fixed panel had somehow changed by the time it had gone to the basket and been paid for. I only found this out when the items arrived. I immediately went to see my order sheet, which did in fact say 750cm instead of the 700cm that I had initially chosen.

I quickly contacted the team there and liaised with Lisa, who was amazing. Very patient, cooperative, understanding and very helpful. I thank God for her wonderful efforts.

I have received my refund, as they do not have the 700cm that I needed. I am grateful. Thank you.

Easy to order. Excellent communication. Delivery within 24hours! Amazing company.
The shower doors themselves are excellent quality. Easy to fit, and everything was there. My plumber was really impressed with them too. Price was great for exactly what I wanted.

We purchased a shower screen and a corner shower panel and door from Aica. To be honest, I wasn't quite sure about it as the prices seemed too good to be true. Communication from the company is a little strange, with no real order confirmation and oddly-worded text messages about delivery which left me a little nervous for a few days until the products arrived. But the products are excellent quality and we're very happy.
One piece was found to have been damaged in transit which we only discovered nearly 3 months after delivery. But Aica responded quickly, sending a replacement part without any quibble. Great service, would shop there again.
