I have known and worked with Sonia for years. She's always been a true partner, a supporting pillar and an inspiration. After a burnout, I questionned and wanted to evaluate the possibilities for my future. The Re:Set Program has enabled me to put together a plan of action that I can actually follow, and more essentially accept what had been "boiling" internally for years, that was to start my own business and become my own boss. I have just finished my RESET program and I am in a completely different mindset from when I started 14 weeks ago. The RESET coaching programme is fantastic in so many ways, but the things I loved most are:
• It's highly structured and builds on itself week-on-week, with great content based in neuroscience and performance research
• End product is practical and usable, and I have the tools to “do it again”
• Sonia is super generous with her experiences, stories, tips, suggestions, and support all throughout the journey
• It really celebrates on how each one of us is on our own journey and that fulfilment takes all shapes and sizes

At first I was a bit hesitant about group coaching dynamics, but the other women were so lovely, warm, encouraging and inspiring, I looked forward to our time together and the conversations we had. Can't wait to see you all thrive!

From the very first session, I was captivated by the perfect balance struck between concise, impactful videos and the depth of the accompanying workbook. The videos were like illuminating beacons, cutting through the clutter and delivering precisely what I needed to hear, while the workbook provided a canvas for exploration and self-reflection, which the more I dedicated to them the more I got from it.

While the journey was not without its challenges, the group calls acted as a safe haven, fostering a sense of camaraderie, and shared experience. As we navigated through tough individual conversations, Sonia's guidance was unwavering, offering a steady hand and a compassionate ear.

What struck me most profoundly was witnessing the remarkable metamorphosis that unfolded within our diverse group. Like caterpillars emerging from their chrysalises, we blossomed into our authentic selves, each individual's unique journey adding depth and richness to the collective experience.

As I reflect on this transformative journey, I am filled with gratitude for the lasting impact it has had on my life and the tools it has helped me build to be able to make decisions and stick with them.

I participated in the 12 week reset program. I found Sonia and her coaching style to be exceptional and exactly what I needed. The program is structured and keeps you accountable, while remaining supportive which I think sets it apart. The sessions were intense and personal, however they felt safe and free of judgment. While each woman in our cohort was at a different stage of her life, Sonia brought it all together so we could learn from each other. Sonia's confidence energy and enthusiasm is the reason I signed up for her coaching course, I'd been slightly skeptical of coaching before but went into it with an open mind with no expectations. The course was structured so we began at a very gentle beginning but were then guided, very gently through a path which gave me insight not only to what I want out of life but really what I already have and how to make the most of it, uncovering passions, values and strengths. I completed the course and felt so much better about who I was. I have to admit I was a bit surprised and how much if an impact it had. Sonia is wonderful and I'd so pleased I opted in! If you are stuck, or are just drifting, or don't feel you quite know yourself enough I'd highly recommend. It was like a mental spa!

Everything happens for a reason. I signed up to Sonia’s programme by chance at a time when I had no confidence nor motivation. I had given up on my goal and was resigned to do job that bored me. The space she creates is safe, welcoming and encouraging. The other women in the group were kind, open and inspiring. I can't recommend it highly enough.
