This is a great company, we’ve used them for years and they’ve always been excellent. Service visits are always quick and very efficient. Highly recommended!

Advice on the run up to installation was very helpful in choosing the right A/C unit.
The installation engineers were excellent; arrived on time, were polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The installed system works perfectly and is a great relief in this unusually hot weather. Five star service all round.

From the first contact, the company have been welcoming & professional and kept me up to date with our appointment. The gentleman who came to service my home aircon was respectful and tidy and explained what he was doing. I have set up an annual service with them.

We had a floor-mounted air conditioning unit installed in our loft conversion,and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. We originally chose a Mitsubishi system, but due to a supplier delay Airconco quickly offered a Daikin alternative so that the installation could still be completed before our baby's due date.
Communication throughout the process was clear and responsive, and the installation team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless. The installation itself looks very neat, and the system is working perfectly

Very professional and all staff were pleasant. Understandably they were extremely busy during this very hot Spring/Summer, so the unit wasn't installed as quickly as I would have liked, but the installation itself was first class. Done by polite engineers very neat and tidy.

The Air Conditioning Company installed our office air conditioning unit and has maintained it for the past few years. We've been extremely happy with the quality of their service and would happily recommend them.

There were hiccups along the way but at every hurdle someone - either in the office, the scheduling, or the fitting team - stepped in and sorted things out - and one can TALK to someone to make this happen. Very personal and very good! And the end result is SUPERB.

The young man that serviced our AC today was polite, courteous and gave clear information on the work done. He completed the service efficiently without fuss. He is clearly well trained and knowledgeable.

I’ve written glowing reviews for this superbly professional company before, after my full aircon installation and again after my first annual service, but I wanted to add another review following my experience with them yesterday of an emergency repair call-out. I have the aircon system in my house because a medical condition means that I can’t regulate my own body temperature so a cooling system is essential. After explaining my circumstances, the company went over and above to ensure I had a timely visit to resolve the issue (a simple problem, but not something I could fix myself without dismantling the unit) on the same day. Given how busy they are with demand for aircon in a London heatwave, I found their service absolutely exceptional and I thank everyone involved.

Avoid this company — extremely disorganised and unprofessional.

I submitted an online quote request on 21 June. On 22 June, I called and was told that they would arrange a survey, with an estimated lead time of four weeks. I accepted this and waited, but nothing happened.

On 6 July, I called to ask for an update. I was told that their system showed the survey had already been completed. This was completely untrue: nobody had contacted us, nobody had visited our property, and no survey had taken place. The woman I spoke to said she would contact the survey company and rearrange it.

Another week passed, and once again, nothing happened.

I called again today and was told that their system still showed that the survey had been completed on 26 June, even though no survey ever took place. I was then informed that the survey lead time has now increased from four weeks to eight weeks.

Because of their internal errors and complete lack of follow-up, we have lost several valuable weeks during the hottest part of the year. Despite this being entirely caused by their mistake, they offered no solution, no priority appointment and no meaningful attempt to put things right.

The whole process has been chaotic, frustrating and deeply unprofessional. Their records are clearly unreliable, communication is extremely poor, and there appears to be no accountability when something goes wrong.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

The two operatives turned up on time. They worked efficiently and took off their shoes when entering the premises. After they were finished, they explained to me what they had done. Couldn't ask for more.

We've had our air conditioning units service twice a year by this company for a while now and the service has always been excellent. The last few services has been Tim who is reliable, professional ,and always arrive on time. We've never had any issues and our system runs perfectly. Highly recommend The Air conditioning company.

sent 3 e mails and made a phone call didnt even bother to come back to be appalling service DO NOT USE they dont want and dont deserve any business

Ordered a HiCool-i cooler on 25 June and paid £25 for express next-day delivery. I rang to check and was told it would arrive Friday 26 June. It never came not Friday, not over the weekend, not Monday. I've emailed three times with no reply, which is why I'm posting here. No tracking possible.

The cooler was for my elderly parent to get through the worst of the heat, which is the whole reason I paid for next-day. That need has now passed.

I've asked to cancel the order and have the full amount refunded. Happy to update this review if it's resolved properly, but four days of silence on a heatwave order isn't what I expected from the reviews here.

I promptly received a refund after posting this review now updated for prompt refund .

Excellent service. Ordered a portable unit for delivery but chose to change to collection. Smooth process. Upon collection, was shown how to connect everything up and 2 units were loaded into the car for us. All guys very friendly and helpful. Icing on the cake, my home is no longer a Furness! 1 sleeping child, 1 sleeping baby, 2 very happy cool parents and a family much more comfortable in this heatwave

Good service at reasonable prices- they attended appointments on time and fitted/maintained the AC system in a highly effective manner.
