This has been one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever experienced.
A part broke on my Aircraft, so, not knowing what to expect, i put in a phone call to see what help i could get. A very helpful Jamie listened carefully to my explanation and offered immediate help and instruction on what information I would need to submit. He emailed me straightaway telling me what I needed to send through. As soon as I had done that I had an email from Dean which was an offer of a replacement part FOC, along with super simple instructions on how to dismantle and replace broken part. Once I'd confirmed that I was happy with that I received another email immediately from Dean saying part would be dispatched and with me within 3 working days.
OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM. No quibbling. No arguments. Just help which is what you need!

Our Aircraft mop, excellent bit of kit, broke this afternoon. The ball joint connecting the handle to the base unit broke. I emailed customer service to see if there was any way of fixing it. On getting a reply within 15 minutes, I sent some details and pictures. This evening I got word that a new Powerglide base had been dispatched.
I wish every company I dealt with had this level of customer service.
I’d already recommended the mop to several friends who have Amtico flooring. I’m so pleased the after sales experience matched the product itself. Well done Naiema and Kirsty.

Sent an email on Friday evening wasn’t expecting a reply until the following week Within 30mins I got a reply requesting some details, following my reply Kirsty sent me a link to order the replacement part I required What absolute first class service, the only reason I gave 5* is because I couldn’t give 10 Thanks and btw the PowerGlide is a great tool for wood and laminate flooring and would recommend

After having to buy a new docking charger and remote due to my original ones being stolen. I had problems with my max pilot not recognising either of the replacements but after what I could say was the best customer service I have ever received all my issues are resolved just want to say a massive thank you to the customer service team and I could not recommend them enough

what a team !! My battery stopped working and after talking to the efficient and professional Sydney on the phone I received an email telling me a new battery had already been dispatched under the warranty.You can’t get better customer service than that. Cathy

It is very reassuring to know behind an online order there is a helpful Support Team. We had an issue the the battery not holding a charge on our newly purchased AirCraft PowerGlide Cordless Rechargeable Hard Floor Cleaner and Polisher. The purchase was made through Amazon, so my initial feedback was via their online portal, after which I received an email confirming the issue had been presented to ACH. A follow-up email from Sydney requesting a call at a convenient time. We discussed the possible causes and a new battery was ordered and received within days. All in all a service above and beyond. Thank you

I bought one of these 2 years ago as I had moved into a house with high gloss tiles in the hall and I couldn’t get the water marks off them after washing. I really liked the machine although I didn’t use it a massive amount. Unfortunately it has now stopped working. The charger and battery pack are working fine but the machine won’t turn on. This has turned out to be a large waste of money and I won’t be buying again from this company
UPDATE:
Problem solved! I got a call from the company on the same day as writing this review and he was able to help me solve the issue which turns out was my fault by charging the battery pack whilst in the machine and for too long. I am absolutely delighted. Fantastic customer service!

Great machine, but the right side pad keeps flying off, cleaned everything well but still flys off can't find pad grippers anywhere

This is my 4th purchase. I’ve been buying them for my family members. It’s quite possibly the best household appliance we have. Our cleaner loves it too

What a fantastic product! It's much better and easy to use than my Karcher floor cleaner. I have a mixer of Kardean, laminate flooring and uneven slate, and it does it all easily on one charge!

I have never had cleaner floors for so little effort! Highly recommended!

I was gifted this product and its amazing. It moves effortlessly and the cleans/polishes better any other product I've ever used. I would never go back to the other products now that I've used The Powerglide.

I purchased our Aircraft mop approximately a year and a half ago. Very pleased with the power of the motors and the reliably. Great back up service from customer support as well.

I’ve had my Aircraft Powerglide for three years and it has been fabulous, one of my Best Buy’s!
I was so disappointed when I switched it on this week and it didn’t work.
Thankfully I contacted Aircraft and they were really helpful. After taking my details I received an email from Shane giving me some advice on a few checks to make on the machine. I had completely forgotten there are two small batteries in the handle and these needed to be changed. Thank you Aircraft, great product and great service!

Mines hardly been used and has stopped working . Battery fine but the button on base of machine doesn’t work so won’t switch on

I purchased this after reading good reviews. Am very pleased with it. After a slight hiccup with the battery which was sorted quickly & efficiently I would highly recommend it.
It makes light work of floor cleaning & is brilliant on hardwood floors.
My husband used to hate me complaining about mopping the floor so now he doesn’t get any earache! So win win! 😀

As always customer service is excellent. This cleaner is amazing. So good I have purchased 3 as wedding gifts. Saves time & keeps all types of floors clean. I would give this product 5* customer service more if it was possible.
