Ok been a while since an actual company wow’d me and this just happened. Lately any need of support from other companies it normally takes around 3/5 days till you get a reply from emailing them. I just emailed aircraft as I couldn’t get my battery to charge. Well within 5 minutes I got a call from a really lovely polite person called Shane. He was really helpful on a Friday at 7pm!!! Who responds on a Friday after 5! Well this company does. I’ve owned an aircraft floor polisher for a few years now and this is the first contact I’ve ever made. Yep my 1st contact because this machine works brilliantly and doesn’t cause grief. I have to say I’m not really surprised these days by companies, most of them have no customer service let alone magic. So Shane asked for details of the plug and the charger and to plug it in. Now trust me I did this over several days incase it was a glitch! Tried over and over and it would not work, no lights, no nothing!!! Why is it when you plug in for the company that makes it, that it then works perfectly!!! All 3 blue light flashing up in charging. Seriously not just fantastic service but they really have magic as no way did this work till Shane asked me to plug in and serial no and it lit up!!! MAGIC!! Was extremely helpful and my whole enthusiasm in this product was good anyway but now I love them! Top of top now and will continue to recommend. Thank you Shane. 👍😊

I have had my Powerglide for around three years . I find it incredibly easy to use on my vinyl floor. Also use with the scrubber pads on my upvc decking.
I lost the cover to my water/floor cleaner.
Shane kindly posted me one out free of charge.
Customer service is second to none, so quick in responding and helping.

If your looking for a good hard floor cleaner then you have found it. I have just purchased mine and absolutely love it! I would have given it a 5 star ⭐️ rating, if they provided or recommend 2 batteries. Although it might be that I was enjoying using it and the results on my hardwood floors that I wanted to carry on. It’s so easy to use and light, I have arthritis but found this very user friendly. Very quick delivery as well, love it.

The battery unit on my Powerglide floor cleaner had stopped functioning. I emailed Aircraft Vacuums and received a response within 10 minutes. They asked a few questions in the email which I answered and emialed back. Within 5 minutes they responded saying that a replacement battery would be sent to me tomorrow. Top marks.

I invested in an aircraft powerglide from an exhibition show (if you remember what one of those is !) in 2019 to use at a later date after renovating a property
( delayed re covid!)
There was a call back on the battery which I couldn't deal with as it was in storage but but as soon as I contacted Aircraft in May 2021 they sent a replacement out straight away.
Then I had another problem - turned out is was just the 2 small batteries in the handle which needed replacing.
The support from Shane at Aircraft was amazing, prompt , courteous, just first class.
My machine is fab and so easy to use.
So a big hands up and a huge thank you to Shane

Bought a floor cleaner which suddenly stopped working! A long story short...
After speaking with Shaun my cleaner was working perfectly, he went through all the "trouble shooting" problems there may be, communicated via phone & email and was so helpful. The customer service I received was second th none.

We purchased our aircraft power glide early Feb 2021, it arrived next day despite ordering after 5pm and beautifully packaged.... just opening the box was an experience in itself! Wow! I cannot rate this ‘bit of kit’ enough! In fact, yesterday it was temporarily out of action and our world fell apart! Lol. I emailed customer service today (Sunday) within 20 minutes Shane called me! I was absolutely stunned, but not surprised as I had researched and watched you tube unboxing/ reviews before deciding to invest in the Power Glide! Shane resolved the issue straight away, my battery had gone into ‘safe mode’ as I was charging it whilst still in the unit. Hey presto, he walked me through a battery reset (take out the unit and plug in externally and put back in the unit)! As easy as that! I have had 2 major surgeries on my dominant wrist which is what pushed me to invest and I am so glad that I did. I was already confident in the Aircraft Power Glide before, now even more so! I would 100% back a purchase, not just for the equipment itself which is incredible, but also for the company itself who quite obviously really care about their customers and their experiences. 5*

I love this machine , it’s the best floor cleaner I’ve ever owned. It makes cleaning my floors so much easier. I had an issue with the battery after a few month of owning this machine. I sent an email to customer services and within a few hours I had a phone call from their rep Shane he was very helpful and sent me out a new battery straight away it was a quick and easy process and Shane was a pleasure to deal with.

Ordered, immediate phone call to check details, delivered the following day. Used as soon as it arrived. Works brilliantly. Can’t fault the product or the service

I love this machine. Super light, does everything it says on the box. I had a problem with the battery, customer service fantastic, replied to my email within 34 hrs! replaced with new battery, would definitely recommend.

Had a problem with my battery, sent an email to customer services who responded almost immediately and ran me through a few tests. Battery was faulty and are sending me a replacement, I couldn't be happier with the service.

I was having issues with my Aircraft mop. I was answered almost straight away. I am not very technical but Shane spoke me through some steps to try and resolve my issue . He was calm and patient and went through everything at my pace . Couldn't recommend this company and in Particular Shane s manner was both professional and friendly. I had bought this product for my sister and would highly recommend it and it's aftercare .

Having borrowed my daughter’s cleaner, I was so impressed I have purchased my own. Kitchen tiles had gone dull as in constant use by family and animals including gardeners who not take their boot off. The tiles are rejuvenated and the machine goes right to the edges. Excellent product which is easy to use. No more cleaning floors on hands and knees!

I contacted Aircaft regarding a problem with my floor cleaner. I received an immediate reply asking for proof of purchase etc. Every email was responded to with speed and professionalism, as was the problem with my cleaner. I returned it for servicing and received it back in just a little over a week in perfect working order I could not fault this company and I would highly recommend the Aircraft Floor Cleaner. I’ve been using a quite expensive mop whilst my cleaner has been away and my high gloss tiles have looked streaky all week. Back to my shiny floor now though! Thank you Aircraft.

Ordered a floor cleaner 7/1/21...was given the runaround from start to finish.I was told the machine was dispatched immediately-LIE Was told on 11/2/21 ''we have gone to great expense to ship your order'' I PAID £19.95 for delivery!! The appalling customer care is second to none. I had to ask 5 times for a full refund including reference to the Consumer Rights Act 2015.NEVER EVER AGAIN-STEER CLEAR
Edit : Had a phone call today from Guy who apologized for the lack of customer service. He appeared keen to make amends
and resolved the issues in a professional manner, after listening to me venting my complaints. I explained to him that the customer care team were the front window of his company and they had let him down badly.
5 stars for Guy and 1 star for the team, so will amend the stars to 3...
