Very helpful when shipping status statements became confusing.

I originally ordered a gun without an account and realized that I forgot to make one. I then did so but I couldn’t track my order and I was worried something happened to my package. Thankfully I contacted the support team and Shin responded rapidly and helped sort out my problems. Very happy with this and I definitely will buy again in the future.

My order was shipped out very quickly! I had an issue when it arrived as it didn't have all the pieces it was supposed to include. I reached out to the customer support team and got a quick reply. A few days later all of my items were at my door. 11/10 service from Shin who helped me! He was amazing!!!

I ordered a unit that went to “backordered” status after I placed my order. The ETA was still within the timeline I was working with so I didn’t sweat it. As time went on, the ETA date kept getting pushed back. Now I was worried. I reached out to customer service and worked with John S. He was very understanding.
