Very responsive and great support. I had a hard time with tracking my packages and figuring out my situation, but thanks to the support I received, it made things easier.

I ordered quite of few items and was missing one. I sent an email providing proof of the missing item. The response time was extremely fast! The resolution time was extremely fast as well! I've never had issues with Airsoft Station and been a customer since 2020. Highly recommend ordering from them, and if you ever need help, emailing their support team has been the best experience. My order was shipped out very quickly! I had an issue when it arrived as it didn't have all the pieces it was supposed to include. I reached out to the customer support team and got a quick reply. A few days later all of my items were at my door. 11/10 service from Shin who helped me! He was amazing!!!

I ordered a unit that went to “backordered” status after I placed my order. The ETA was still within the timeline I was working with so I didn’t sweat it. As time went on, the ETA date kept getting pushed back. Now I was worried. I reached out to customer service and worked with John S. He was very understanding. I mentioned I would even accept a second choice item if he could get it shipped out on time. Well, he did even better than that. He got me the unit I ordered the day before I needed it.
