Al-Murad is an honest company offering fab services and worktops at great value.
I considered using them after seeing some Facebook recommendations on a kitchen group I’m in.

The quote was very reasonable compared to a few others I received and Adam kindly beat a similar quote from another supplier.
I paid the deposit and let Al-Murad know that it would be a few months before my kitchen would be ready for worktops and this was fine. Fast forward to approximately 6 months later, I requested a templating date. Our kitchen fitter was not ready for this, so Adam and the team rescheduled my appointment.

The templater was great - he asked about everything I wanted with regards to size/positioning etc. The only thing missed out, which I regret now is that the position of the freestanding cooker was not discussed and it cannot be pushed back against the wall due to the splashback getting in the way by a few mm. The price after templating almost matched my quote exactly and it only increased by a little amount due to opting for an undermount sink as recommended by the templater - I was very pleased about this as I knew other people’s experiences weren’t always like this with other worktop companies. Al-Murad are very honest and helpful.

Worktops were ready to be fitted approximately a week later, and we were very excited to have them done. Sumayyah kept me updated with a time slot and accommodated my timings for being absent due to school pickup.
Fitting was great - there were two concerns mentioned and Ahmed organised for fitters to come out and have a look at the splashback fitting and do a repair on my island. The repair wasn’t acceptable, as it was obvious from afar (island stood out being in the centre of the room) and Liyaket kindly offered a worktop replacement for the island.

A couple of weeks later, the fitters attended and removed the damaged worktop and put in the new one.
I am grateful to have received such great service and for the price you pay for quartz/granite, you should expect no less. Nothing was ever too much for Al-Murad’s team - they were always on hand to answer emails and calls with the information and advice I needed.

The only thing I am unhappy about (this was provided as feedback) is that when my island was replaced, the new piece was a different shade/density in the pattern than the rest of the kitchen. I was not warned of this and was surprised when I compared it to the rest of the worktops. The only reason I am okay with accepting how it looks is that it is separate from the other worktops. Also one upstand that is joined (one piece was too long for that side) is also a different shade and this is obvious as they’re stuck together.

Overall the kitchen worktops are lovely. The customer service and people working there are absolutely fantastic and I wish them all the best in their family business. Samira

When it came to our worktops we obtained various quotes from our kitchen supplier and other companies including Gemini worktops. Al Murad was not only the most competitive in terms of price but also the quality of the product and customer service has been exceptional.

We opted for 30mm siena gold and due to our daughter being blind we chose curved ends on the island and an ogee finish. We couldn’t be happier with the final product.

Couldn’t have been a better experience. Adam was patient and thorough when we had some delays. He sent me photos of the exact stone slab before I ordered. Within a day or so of paying the deposit they booked me in for templating and it was only a few days before everything was fitted. They were the best priced out of 7 different quartz/worktop suppliers.

Templating and fitters were quick, clean and tidy. Obsessed with my quartz worktops the quality and veining is incredible. Would definitely recommend and would order from them again!

From initial enquiry to fitting the whole experience has been seamless and stress free. The quote came in quickly, the templating was perfect and the worktops were fitted six days later. Everyone arrived when they said they would, everyone was polite and extremely knowledgable and the workmanship is faultless. And they were significantly cheaper than Howdens. I would wholeheartedly recommend. Special thanks to our lovely fitters who arrived on the south coast at 7am after travelling from Leeds. And they had several southern jobs to fit in after ours.

My wife wanted new worktops and I was very surprised at the amount off different worktops I had basic measurements and got a price which put a smile on my face was expecting to pay a lot more .From the way they measured and set the templets out not wasting material and charging more we were very pleased installation team fitted the tops great job .

I had my worktops fitted last week and I can honestly say I cannot recommend Al Murad enough. The guys came to fit it and they were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much for them. The service from start to finish was fabulous and I would recommend them to anyone who's looking.

We recently purchased worktops for my mum's house renovation and we are yet again so impressed with the whole experience.
